We often stay at Holiday Inn Express. They have comfortable beds,great pillows, nice size rooms, and a good breakfast. The Holiday Inn Milwaukee West Medical Center is a nice hotel, but needs updated pillows. Usually the pillows are new and comfy. The ones in our room were lumpy, and not at all crisp and inviting like this chain usually has. The staff was friendly and professional, and the breakfast was good. Fairly easy to get to the hospital.

Breakfast included. And not just continental. Eggs, sausage, yogurt, etc. Beats some breakfasts at B&Bs. Fitness room was badly maintained. Overall what you'd expect from this chain. Fitness room was only real complaint. Badly maintained, and the treadmill was possibly dangerous. Breakfast was nice, and saved some money as we were full enough to skip lunch.

Free breakfast, free parking, free wireless internet (though it was down one day), interior hallways to access rooms; very helpful staff, and conveniently located to Milwaukee West area (Mayfair Mall, etc). And there's a 24 hour Denny's there too. Quiet, clean, comfortable standard hotel - can't go wrong.

I thought the breakfast was fantastic! I did not enjoy the older decor in the lobby. Holiday Inn Express was much better than I anticipated. My room was spacious with a king size bed and a pull out couch. The complementary breakfast was fantastic! I wish I would have stayed longer instead of having to change hotels.

Free breakfast, WiFi access. Public computer also available. Bed was not comfortable, newly renovated on older structure, lamps/chair broken. Decent hotel for business traveler. Holiday Inn Express renovation on old hotel building, not much impressed with amenities. Offers free hot breakfast. Public computer available, but WiFi is available in the building.

Its a place tro stay. The location have to make u turns and old hotel. The TV is cloudy, the hotel has holes in the groundI tripped and broke my arm. They do not keep there grounds safe limited parkinglot full had to park in a Denny's parking lot received a ticket, terrible place.

Great breakfast. No pool or hot tub. Very comfortable room, complete with large desk, microwave and fridge. Room was very clean and staff is friendly. Work-out area is adequate. Unfortunately there is no pool or hot tub. The complimentary breakfast is among the best I have had at a hotel.

The front desk staff was very accommodating even when very busy. Getting in off the interstate you had to make a u-turn from the direction we were coming. Very dangerous. The hotel was nice and clean better than I expected of Holiday Inn Expresses I've experienced in the past.

It was fine. No shower chair in handicapped room. The hotel was just right, no complaints--ample accommodations. We got a wheelchair accessible room, but no shower chair in the shower or anywhere in the hotel. How can an established hotel chain of many years doesn't find a shower chair essential to an older or disabled guest?.

They were very accommodating with early check in and wonderful breakfast. No pool or spa. This is an excellent routine hotel. Nice rooms, friendly staff, wonderful breakfast, but not a travel destination. Only a place to stay.

Very clean, friendly, comfortable atmosphere. The location is great, easy access to business needs, shopping and Brewers! Safe location, felt comfortable walking to Mayfair Mall.

Great location, accommodating and caring staff, very convenient parking. Forgot to leave coffee in the room once, but front desk clerk remedied. No pool or exercise facilities. Rooms are quiet and spacious with little extras (like little bottles of lotion and mouthwash in the bathroom). Staff is efficient and takes the time to make you feel at home and appreciated as a guest. Parking is incredibly convenient and nearby access to restaurants, gas stations, the expressway and even a shopping mall made the stay even more enjoyable.

They had a very nice continental breakfast. We only got one bed for my husband, four year old and myself to share. We also had to make room for our infant in the portable crib we brought. Overall, we had a clean room for the night and the staff was friendly.

Free wireless internet. Horrible TV. The hotel was in a nice location and was clean, however when I got in the room there was a roll away bed in the doorway. Not sure why. In the morning we noticed that there were not any towels in the bathroom so we called the front desk and they said they didn't have any towels either. So we were told to walk around in the hallway, find a cleaning person and ask them. The first person we found had no towels so I went to another floor and finally found some. I just thought that was a little tacky on the front desk's part. I am not the type of person who complains but I thought this should be brought to your attention. Thank you.

Shower was awesome & the continental breakfast had a wide variety. Smell of the room was not pleasant.
