The location was convenient to Boston and we thought the full breakfast was much better than expected. The rooms were clean and adequately equipped

Convenient to business meetings and helpful staff. Cleanliness problems and road access traffic was heavy. The traffic in the area is very heavy and even driving a few blocks away took 30 minutes. There were some cleanliness problems, mildew in the tub. The coffee packets weren't replaced each morning, but when we call, they brought more. The gratis breakfast was pretty good.

With a little research about the mass transit, it is a very convenient hotel near Boston. Good bargain for being so close to Boston. Comfortable, not sparkling clean (not dirty either) but nothing to complain about. I will stay here again if I return to Boston. Be advised:my room was not handicapped friendly. I had to haul my suitcase up a flight of stairs. For more money, you can stay in the main building (I was in the annex) that may be more accessible. Make sure you ask about this.

The room in the main building was clean and it was quiet on the 5th floor. Our room was nice and was on the 5th floor of the main building. It was very clean and quiet up there. The free breakfast was okay. We didn't spend much time there but it was convenient to Brandeis University.

I arrived at midnight. I told them that I had forgotten to put in my Priority Club member, could I add it? They then informed me, that since I didn't have the number in, there were no rooms left in the main buidling and mine was outside in a separate building out back across the parking lot. My room was in the basement right up against highway 95. The carpet was flithy and the room was absolutely deplorable. I barely slept due to the noise from the highway. I didn't feel very safe either. I checked out the next day and moved to the Westin. You couldn't make me stay there even if it were free. I understand that the main hotel has been renovated, but there's no guarantee as a Travel online customer you can get it. Stay at the Westin, I promise you will be thrilled. The night manager did call me and promise a better room if I woudl give them another chance, so she did try to make it right. The problem is there's no guarantee.

good location to get on and off rt 95 and get back into Medford/Somerville area. good value for the buck. Plenty of parking. breakfast was very crowed in the morning however.

Good location, as we were checking out colleges in the Boston area. The room was very clean, the front desk was helpful, the beds were very comfortable. Very satisfied, would stay again.

The Holiday Inn Express BOSTON-WALTHAM, Waltham, Massachusetts is situated in a very good location just off the highway I-95. It is only a 20 minutes drive from the hotel to downtown Boston. It is centrally located within other places such as Wrentham Mall outlet and Plymouth. We were satisfied with the amenities such as free internet access and printer in the lobby. Free coffee was provided throughout the day in the lobby area. The breakfast was amazing and included with the rate. Beds were comfortable and sheets were very clean. We will definitely recommend people to this hotel because the rate was great.

Close to the highway. Unsafe hotel room, ceiling falling in rooms. The location of this hotel is great, needs multiple updates and a good cleaning. We had 2 rooms that both had issues with the ceilings. Air conditioner not working. Just not up to date. The cleaning lady needs to clean the whole room not just change the sheets.

"Our first stay...we were very pleased. Travelling with a 5 month old, we requested a crib at check in, it was in the room by the time we got into the room. The bed was VERY comfortable, including two soft, two firm pillows. The continental breakfast was great as well! Located right off I-95, easy access to Riverside T station. Several nearby restaurants, the center of town was within 5 minutes."

The Holiday Inn Express in Waltham was a pleasant surprise. The hotel was a bit hard to find but then I have a hard tine finding anything in the Boston area. We were in the annex and it was great, very quiet and peaceful. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. All in all it was just what we look for in a hotel room and the extended breakfast in the morning made it just that much nicer.

First hotel which has rooms in the basement. Unfomfortable beds. Fitst level rooms are in the basement. An ordinary motel structure. One has to walk through rain to get to the restaurant and to the registration.

"This was the worst place I've stayed in ages.First, the wireless Internet service was down for the entire evening. Second, the cable system didn't work ... although I could watch TV, I couldn't rent movies. Service staff came by to try and fix the problem. They were nice, but couldn't resolve it. Food was awful. Room was dirty, wtih stains on the blanket. "

Right off the highway, easy to find. No restaurant in the hotel, had to go to another hotel across the street for dinner. Ok for if you just need a bed and bathroom, nothing spectacular.
