My stay was great, very good staff extremely friendly and attentive. Great breakfast loved the hot cinnamon rolls.

Spacious rooms, shower heads, big towels. Towels could be softer, needed more help with area restaurants, area map would help. It's a nice serviceable hotel with a good restaurant across the street. It would help to have an area map with restaurants on it so we could venture out a bit.

The hotel was easy to find, right next to the highway, but we couldn't hear it from our room. We stayed on the 3rd floor. The hotel is not quite within walking distance to downtown, but the clean room and complementary breakfast made up for that.

The hotel was in a prefect location for family and the wine tours. Eggs tasted like poweded eggs and bacon wasn't that great, everything else was OK.

We have stayed in many different hotel chains throughout the years. Now that our children, and yes us the parents, are getting older, beds and food determine our choice of hotel. Holiday Inn's are always consistent, giving excellent service, bedding and food. Walla Walla Holiday Inn served a full breakfast buffet, not just sugared cereal and breads. Thank you

The rooms, amenities and services were the best we've encountered in the Walla Walla area. The breakfast was varied and generous. The price was rather high and the location - too far to walk to anything - left something to be desired.

The Holiday Inn Express in Walla Walla is conveniently located just off of the highway within 3 miles of the airport and a short drive from downtown Walla Walla. We were impressed by the warm welcoming attitude of the front desk staff who were neatly dressed and very accommodating. Our room was nicely appointed with both television and hat beverage offerings and the hospitality area served a magnificent breakfast with multiple choices including choice of juices, hot coffee, tea, chocolate, spiced cider as well as hot breakfast choices, yogurt and cereals. There were muffins, toast, cinnamon rolls, bagels, English muffins and a wide variety of spreads. in addition the hospitality area was open throughout the day. They have a wonderful indoor pool and hot tub that was clean and well maintained and the exercise area had a variety of treadmills and machines all in excellent condition. The most pleasant feature however is there wonderful personnel who stand ready to assist at all hours.

There was a rodeo going on at the time we were there so the room rates were a little higher than they normally would be. However, the staff and hotel was so GREAT we would highly recommend and even come back again. The rooms were exceedingly clean, quiet and beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was totally awesome. First continential breakfast at a hotel that actually geared toward low carb eating dieters. Appreciated the eggs and sausage choices compared to cereals, donuts and bagels. TOTALLY RECOMMEND this hotel!!
