You can get to this place by monorail, skytrain?, from the airport - very cool! What we saved on car rental we spent at the attached monster-sized mall. Rooms were clean, beds comfy, and any staff we encountered were great. Breakfast was more than we expected. We will be back!

Connected to the largest mall in BC...HELLO! Perfect spot, great staff, clean and comfortable room. Breakfast had scrambled eggs and I expected muffins and coffee...bonus! Great value for your dollars.

we were in vancouver for a visit. location is good but a bit far from downtown. some of the staff weren't that friendly. besides, the hotel is a bit pricy for what it offers...

The room was ok, however the experience you get by not having a lobby (yes, it doesn't have a lobby), they just put a check-in area in the middle of the hallway.

Excellent location for travelers who do not rent a car. You are near bus and train transportation that will take you downtown Vancouver and beyond. I found the desk staff very friendly and helpful with my many questions. The room was neat and clean each day of the several days we stayed. Breakfast was quick and easy and fresh. I would recommend this hotel for people who are not seeking to be in with the crowds. The tours were great we booked them from the hotel: the Vancouver city tour was first. We saw what we would do on our own.The Victoria tour was awe-inspiring riding the ferry to Vancouver Island and see the Many gardens that have been in bloom for 100 years. The last tour we took was to Grouse Mountain what an adventure to walk across the suspension bridge and climb up to the tree houses and walk across the canopy of the forest..WoW! Wow! This was a Adventure.

The hotel staff is very friendly. The location is great. The hotel is located next to a huge mall and the skytrain is right across the street. The daily complimentary breakfast is excellent. The beds are very comfortable and the room is very clean.

Great location. Big rooms. Great location for the shopper and adventurer. Metro town Mall is next door that has everything. The heated outdoor pool was great and very relaxing. Being close to the Skytrain and bus loop was great.

We were all satisfied with this hotel. The only compliant was the location as it was about 25 minutes from the center of Vancouver. But if you have a car, they provide convenient free parking. Breakfeasts were outstanding with fresh baked buns and a good assortment of food. The service at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and friendly as we asked them many questions on things to do and directions. Would definitely stay again...

The world's friendliest and most helpful staff works at this hotel. I have never been treated as nicely by a staff anywhere, including some much more expensive hotels. We arrived prior to check-in time, and our needs were accomodated with a smile. They know the area, and are able to recommend the best places to find whatever you need. The close proximity to the mall, Sky Train and bus transportation leave nothing to desire. The mall is huge and has a variety of stores. You can be in downtown Vancouver in 10 minutes by hopping on the Sky Train, and just a bit longer, if you go by city bus. The accomodations are excellent, and you will not go wrong by booking your stay here. But, you might want to book well in advance, so that you can have as many nights there as you desire. And, the price is better than those downtown hotels!

Pool and breakfast. No extra bed for my son in the hotel room. Good hotel, just not enough beds for 2 adults and one child.

I stayed at this hotel on business, but anyone could benefit from the location - rapid transit is right outside the door, and a huge shopping centre is connected to the hotel. Lots of dining and entertainment options within walking distance, and downtown Vancouver is only 15 minutes on rapid transit. Their new renovations are wonderful! I had a large flat screen TV in my room, and really nice furniture. The hotel was super clean, and everyone that worked there was so attentive and friendly. They really helped with directions and dining suggestions. Overall, a great stay.

Great location from various shopping malls. Over-worked staff; felt bad for the front desk guy whenI checked in. Great hotel.I would definitely come back.
