The Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites is Lancaster's newest hotel, opened in May 2001. We are conveniently located on the Lancaster Business Route 33 next to the River Valley Mall. Our large comfortable great room is a wonderful place to enjoy our specially prepared cinnamon rolls in the morning. Very clean hotel, good hotel for the cost. Staff should find an other place to smoke besides at the main enterance, also the front desk was not attended to when staff was out. Other wise very nice. .

The continental breakfast and dinning area. No hot tub. This hotel exceeded my expectation in terms of cleanliness and comfort. I had previously stayed next door in a competitors hotel needless to say I have found a new hotel.

We stayed here two nights for a wedding. The staff was fantastic and very friendly. Other family members stayed here and also had high compliments for the staff and room quality. Places to eat were close by and it is right next to the mall and other shopping centers, so it was fun to just walk around the mall.

the holiday inn ex. had a very friendly staff however the bed was terrible like sleeping on boxsprings.we changed rooms .it was some better.not great.the morning we where leaving we had no hot water for a shower.we had to leave with no shower.

The pool was very nice, the continental breakfast was better than average. The staff did not clean, make beds or replenish towels because personal items were left on the bed. (Pillows and blankets). The hotel was clean and up to date. Many people stay for more than 1 night. The other issue I had was we never had enough towels! I had to go to the desk every day for additional towels. The only reason we stayed there was that they accepted dogs. The last time we went to Lancaster we stayed at the Holiday Inn at the airport in Columbus. Very Nice.

The Holiday Inn Express was very clean, comfortable and friendly. The breakfast was good and ample. It was also served earlier than they had it scheduled which helped us greatly in getting on to our event for the day. We didn't get to stay long enough to enjoy the other amnenities, but it was a very nice place. We were very pleased!

King sized bed. Pool. The pool water was way too cold. We could barely get in past our ankles.

room included a buffet breakfast with excellent selections of cereals breads fruit, and one hot presentation (cheese omelet, or creamed sausage gravy. This was the only food served at this inn.

Afternoon desk staff was great. Very clean and well maintained hotel. During a very early morning checkout in which I was in a hurry, I could not find anyone at the front desk. Very nice motel and priced right for the quality and service.

Very clean. Bright, friendly staff, in the middle of a mall complex, lot of dinning and shopping! Great movie complex! No dinning room or coffee shop. We enjoyed our stay very much! It was quite and the room was very clean cheerful beautifully decorated! Everything we need was in the room, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, coffeemaker, microwave, fridge and all you need for a cup of coffee in the morning. And breakfast bar. Free newspaper and expanded cable. King size bed was very comfortable. Internet connections. Overall great stay!
