The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The shuttle bus was out of order during our stay. The Holiday Inn Express is a clean comfortable hotel with a helpful staff. I would book a stay at this hotel for my next trip to Baltimore.

The area is not the best.We felt safe there, but there seem to be a lot of old factories around. Also Russell St is very busy with traffic.I wish this was closer to the harbor. We drove to the Inner Harbor and found a parking garage two blocks from the harbor itself.Last time we were here, we stayed at the Days Inn which is a 3 block walk from the harbor. But if we come down again,I would rather stay here and drive to the Inner Harbor. This is really a nice hotel.I cant say enough about the staff that work there, they are very friendly and helpful.15 minutes after we checked in,the desk person called our room and asked if everything met our approval! The maids also did an outstanding job.The free breakfast was also outstanding, they had everything you could want, with 6 tvs to watch while you're eating!. They have a computer room with 2 computers for you to enjoy the internet. The only thing that was just "okay" was the outdoor pool, if you check the picture they have of it here,it seems kind of drab.I would have no problem staying here again.

The hotel itself was clean, however, after check in, we went out to get dinner and see the town. Upon returning we went to our room to see a hooker knocking on our door. She said "is this your room? My friend is in there." Our keys would not work, went to the front desk, they had issued new keys and let a "john" in our room. Without ID! I returned to the room. Pounded on the door until he finally opened. Security was telling ME to calm down and that I would wake the other guests. Finally got in. Thank god nothing was stolen. Like my Car Keys, cell phone, IPOD. Manager on duty, Darryl, said "these things happen and was an honest mistake!" Are you kidding me? I had to show ID to get the room, they should never give a key. This is unacceptable.

Very helpful front desk staff; covered parking. Breakfast in the morning was crowded and eggs not tasty. The hotel stay was great. We got into town early and we were able to check into our room. Staff was great. They gave us he shuttle schedule and let us know what was going on around the area. The room was clean aside from a cigarette burn on the coverlet. The free internet access was definitely a plus. Breakfast in the morning was free and quite crowded. Great selection, great coffee. Not so great eggs, watery and tasteless.

The staff and services were excellent. Dust covering the vehicles in the parking area. I found this hotel to be outstanding in availability of location to the Convention Center. The staff and services were excellent. I would recommend this facility to anyone desiring a wonderful place to stay one night or multiple nights.

We stayed at this hotel because we saw that it was really close to Camden Yards and the M & T Bank Stadium where the Ravens Play. We checked in and the hotel itself is very very nice, clean neat and tidy. It looks very new. It's not in the best location. We wanted to walk to the ball feild since you could see it from the room, yet we realized that it's not in the best area to walk. We did it anyways, and also walked down by the inner harbor. We had lots of time to kill, it's walkable, yet it was about a 40 minute walk to get to the inner harbor. Only around 20 minutes to get to Camden Yards. I wouldn't walk around in the dark though. The breakfast buffet was very nice and hardy! We enjoyed!

Good Morning, he said with a smile as I passed the check-in area. Another good morning she said as I reached for my USA Today. Everyone at the hotel was pleasant, happy, and friendly. Comfortable beds, large rooms, and free parking. The breakfast was perfect with a lot off choices for my family and all their different tastes.

It is very close to the Stadium. The room was a little small and 11 AM check-out. The hotel was clean, easy to find, close to Stadium, and I enjoyed myself.

The hotel was extremely easy to find. The accommodations were so clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and the shuttle service to the harbor and area sites was definitely an extra for us. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Great experience!

Hotel was great. Loved `the breakfast and shuttle service! You could not walk anywhere due to the location but they did offer free shuttle service. Overall I was pleased with the hotel. The room and complimentary breakfast was great! The people who worked there were very helpful and friendly. I was a bit disappointed with the location in regards to walking to the stadiums but they did offer a free shuttle service. I would definitely stay there again if I am in Baltimore.

The hotel should not bill itself as being in the inner harbor. It was quite a distance from the inner harbor - certainly not a distance I'd feel safe walking. It's actually the first thing you see coming over the bridge into the city. On a more positive note, the hotel was very recently refurbished with taste and high-end materials. The interior, however, did not make up for the location.

2 queen beds; delicious free breakfast items. Air conditioning unit was so loud that it had to be turned off. Very nice hotel, except the air conditioning unit (and it was very warm weather) had to be turned off at night because none of us could sleep from the awful noise--thus, the room was warm and stuffy.

We were looking for an inn within easy walking distance of the Baltimore Inner Harbor. The distance was too great and the neighborhood too rough to permit this. We passed several hotels much nearer and will choose them in the future.

The Staff was excellent. Neighborhood was a bit out of the way from downtown. Great room. New facility. Friendly staff. Hopefully the neighborhood improves.

After being on the road for 4 days it was a great relief to stay at the Holiday Inn express. Everything was top shelf. Sitting in the oversized whirpool watching ESPN on the large flat panel screen was the highlight!! The bedding was so comfortable. Despite the road construction outside, the location was good - an easy cab ride to ineer harbor.
