The Holiday Inn Express SPOKANE-VALLEY was very nice and clean. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. I was amazed that they took the time to warn us about the bar next door and the potential noise that would come form it late at night. They also reassured us they would deal with it promptly if we complained. Fortunately, we had no issues with noise from the bar. It is a cute place to stay and would stay there again.

Really enjoyed the free breakfast, evening BBQ and cookies. Also very pet friendly. None. Hotel is very well maintained. Pet friendly. Great location for shopping.

I've stayed here twice within the past year. Very nice experience both times. The building was very clean and nicely decorated. The staff was wonderful and the kids just loved Kip, the hotel dog that lives in the lobby. The free breakfast was also nice.

The staff was most friendly and I love the sweet dog laying by the desk. They have beautiful rooms for the money. The pool has a lot of towels if you need them. I was really impressed with the breakfast. Most hotels only give you some coffee and/or a muffin. These people put on a full, tasty, fresh breakfast. The parking was really easy and it was easily accessible to downtown or the freeway. It was an all around wonderful experience. Thanks so much! We will look to Holiday Inn Express for our travel needs again. Keep up the good work. You are appreciated.

The Holiday Inn Express in Spokane Valley, Washington was a surprising and delightful experience. Everyone on the staff, from Kip the Golden Retriever, to the general manager, to the breakfast chef, all made you feel welcome and as if you were a much welcomed visitor in their own home. In fact, it felt like home. The fresh cookies and milk on the night we arrived and the home-made soup the next night were delicious and heart and tummy-warming. This was certainly not the most luxurious hotel I've ever stayed in, albeit well-decorated and clean as a whistle. However, if I ever have the opportunity to be in the Spokane area again, I will never stay at any other hotel.

Staff was friendly but the room I was stuck in for six days was a smoking room that reeked of smoke and they would not accommodate a move to another room.

This is our second time at this hotel when we travel to Spokane. I highly recommend it to anyone. There was only one thing wrong this trip, the pool was cold. Our daughter would go back and forth from the hot tub to the pool. I just put my foot in and was cold. Everything else was fantastic!! Their greeter x our daughter just loved!!!

More suited for the family than the business traveler. The reception and public areas were nicely appointed and clean. Rooms were typical HI Express with the new bedding and bathroom features. Sketchy 802.11b wifi internet (with no alternate wired LAN available) will deter me from staying here on business in the future, but I would return for pleasure. Frig and micro in the room was nice. Hotel staff was great and the resident dog was a nice reminder of home. The vibe of the hotel was very much ""family"", very pleasent.

We stayed here for several nights. Staff was great. They even stored our bikes for us! Hotel dog is wonderful. ONLY problem is no wi-fi in rooms. Other than that - highly recommended.

The Spokane Holiday Express was very comfortable and very quiet for travel worn family. The staff was very helpful with all our needs - extra towels and gave me bottled water when my dry throat was giving me larengitis. Really appreciated their help with all our questions as well. Great Service!!

Free food in lobby, and friendly staff. Tight parking, somewhat difficult to see parking lot. Great stay here, friendly staff, helpful, free food in lobby, nice breakfast. Small pool and hot tub but nice. Overall, very good value.
