Staff was very friendly/helpful. However, it was raining on my arrival. No really good restaurants close by and had to take a cab to & from the Outback which cost me $20. Would have been nice had the hotel offered to provide me with that and I would have been more than happy to tip the driver. I was told it couldn't be done. Staff did arrange to take me to the airport the following morning.

Overall I was very happy with my stay here. The room and hotel were clean. The beds were comfortable. There was a nice breakfast bar everymorning and I was given a newspaper each day. The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Paige Dowden was particularly helpful. She treated me as if I were the most important guest in the hotel. She greeted me with a smile, and helped me find nearby restaurants. She also gave directions and maps to places I needed to go. The only problems with the hotel was that the hot tub was not working and the room was noisy. The refridgerator in the room was very loud. In addition there was some kind of noise coming from the pool area. I could also here plumbing in other rooms. I would definitely stay here again however.

The hotel was clean and neat, close to where we needed to go, close to restaurants and shopping and to the Lucus Oil stadium. It needs more trash cans in the room. The hotel was easy to find, had a great complimentary breakfast, a nice pools and hot tub, and the staff was helpful and friendly. I would stay here again and already have plans too.

The hotel says that it is an Airport Hotel It is 9.4 miles (OK not 10) away so it is not exactly close to the airport

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The location is easy to find. The cleanliness of the hallways and elevators isn't great, but the room was clean and smelled fresh. Overall, a fine stay.

The staff was very friendly and the continental breakfast was good, lots of selection. Our cover had a stain on it and we were told they didn't have extras and would wash it.

Location, friendliness of staff, cozy room. Narrow hallways. Enjoyed a romantic getaway with husband. Had no problem up-grading our room. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. Room was cozy and really enjoyed in-room whirlpool. Continental breakfast was good. Was good value for money.

I used the Holiday Inn Express South basically for a place to sleep and to shower and dress for a day conference in downtown Indianapolis the next day. The shuttle ride from the airport was quick and the driver was friendly but not overly so. Check-in was quick as well and they expressed a sincere attitude of wanting to help make my stay comfortable. A continental breakfast was available. The breakfast area was clean and kept well stocked of breakfast foods and drinks. I would definitely stay at the Holiday Inn Express South on my overnight business trip to Indianapolis.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is not long enough on Sunday. Clean, nice staff. They changed me to a smoking room with no hustle.

The breakfast was awesome, the room was very quite and peaceful. Laundry didn't work, but if you stayed there for a week or so you would want to do laundry. Had a very good stay at this hotel.

Fountain tubs - wonderful. Hotel was very clean, staff was courteous and helpful. Fountain tub was wonderful. Buffet breakfast was one of the better hotel-provided breakfast that I have had.

Clean, simple lodging, just what I needed. When all you need is a place to stay, to sleep and refresh, have a nice simple breakfast, free intenet, easy access to nearby restaurants/convenience stores and the highway, this was perfect. Friendly staff.

Last minute plan great price very clean micro & fridge great. Can't think of anything. This hotel was very easy to find & right off of the highway. It was close to our daughter's apartment. We made last minute plans to go there for Easter. The hotel was attractive outside. There was a beautiful pool & exercise room. The room had a small fridge, and microwave. It also had a king bed, sleeper sofa (full size) 2 chairs, desk, big TV, and was very comfy.
