Enjoyed the bed, and breakfast. But it was a tight space for all the furniture that was in there. I think the sink area was small, and bathtub room was small. Not emough towels in the bathroom, but of course I did't ask for more. Other than that it was a good stay, I think it could be better with a game room for the kids. Last, when it was time to check in, the room was not ready and they kept telling us 15 more minutes and it turned out an hour of waiting. The area didn't bother me at all.

Hospitality plus the staff were the best. This was one of the most pleasant stays we've ever had. I know where we will stay when we go to Show Low again. The staff was so ready and able to help with all our request. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and grounds. A cheap price for a great stay!

We stayed overnight and brought some friends with us. Indoor pool was nice and rooms were comfortable. We would stay here again. Free hot breakfast was even ok, it was free.

We were there because my Daughter In Law was having a baby, so I needed a quick hotel. Great location for the hospital. The smoking rooms are not fit for non-smokers. The smell is sooo bad.

The Holiday Inn Express in Show Low, AZ was clean, comfortable, and close to dining. The staff was freindly, professional, making the check in and out process efficient and effortless. The breakfast provided was exceptional and the afternoon cookies and coffee were a nice surprise. Would definetly choose this hotel again and recommend it to others.

Staff, pool, snacks at front desk. Bed and pillows were hard. This hotel is perfectly located in Show Low. The hotel was incredibly clean and the staff was extra nice and helpful. My kids loved the cookies, fruit, and crackers by the front desk. And we all loved the indoor pool and huge spa! My only complaint is the bed and pillows were too hard. There is a firm pillow and a soft pillow, but they both feel the same- like a rock. And the blinds need to be a little better. They let in too much light, which woke the little ones way too early! But I would highly recommend this hotel. It may cost a little more than the others, but it is worth it. Just bring your own pillow!
