Exceptionally comfortable bed. Hard to find, directions from train station hard to follow. Excellent price, good cheap base to explore the entire region with easy access to the shin-Kobe station.

Only really bad point is that the complimentary breakfast can only be taken from 07:00 am. If you have to leave earlier, no breakfast.
