Not very clean,no elevator, would not go there again

Clean. We were suppose to get hot breakfast with eggs and bacon. Workout room.

This Holiday Inn was a disappointment. Its location was off the beaten path and not convient to resturants. The front desk clerk was helpful and pleasant but our room was not the cleanest. The room was worn and the hotel is aging. I will say the beds were comfortable and we did have a quite nights sleep. I would most likely not stay here again if traveling this way.

The Holiday Inn Express was very comfortable for one night stay. The people were very nice and accommadating. We arrived late and left early so there was't alot of time for our stay at the Inn but was exactly what we needed at that time.

I was very disappointed with this Holiday Inn. I booked our reservations based on the review that was submitted and the 3 star rationg. This hotel is not what is advertised. The room was dirty and did not look ""updated' as advertised. It was very worn and had a bad musty smell. Evening management was not helpful. I will definitely not stay there again.

Far enough off the highway to be safe and quiet. Good clean, safe and dependable. Relatively new. Convenient to I95, restaurants and fuel.

Very convenient location and clean. Can not think of a thing. For the money we spent on our stay, there is nothing to complain about. There were no bells and whistles, however, we did not expect any. The facility was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was more than adequate. The staff was extremely helpful and kind.

Price. Cleanliness. Hotel was dirty and unprofessional, housekeeping was rude, hard time getting towels, we were woken up at 8 am on Sunday morning by housekeeping, toilet in room was broken, and had to be moved to another room.

Friendliness/helpfulness of staff. Room could use a little work (paint), bathroom redo. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The room was standard, very clean. Continental breakfast was nice. The lobby snacks were super after traveling and the kids enjoyed them!

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Room was very clean. Excellent continental breakfast. We needed extra towels during the day and none were available till they did linens for the day. Not a huge issue, but a little inconvenient. Overall, we were very pleased. The rooms are small, but adequate and make good use of space. The location is close to shopping and area restaurants. Staff was very helpful.

The check in was easy and the front desk person very nice and helpful. This hotel was compfortable and clean and the staff was friendly. It is across the interstate from the outlet shopps. The baths were a bit dated.

The desk worker did not ask me if I would like a smoking or nonsmoking room. This hotel is good for a short trip or business travel.

I loved the hotel I only wish that the pool had been inside. From the first moment we arrived we were treated well. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast they offered was wonderful.

Convenience to shopping centers. Room too small, amenities not worth price. Was definitely not what I expected for a holiday inn express? The room was very small including the bathroom. The TV was blurry and there didn't seem to be any type of options or features that would make a person want to come back.
