The hotel staff was willing to go above & beyond for customer satisfaction. Not enough towels, but staff was very accomodating in getting needed towels. It's not the Hyatt, but it was a good value for the price - The staff did whatever was needed to make the stay more comfortable. We had a room with a double bed & a pullout couch - we requested a roll away bed, which was accommodated. It was the room we hoped for, but it worked out okay.

I had to stay here for the holidays as I visited my family. The staff was amazing and made me feel at home. Being away from home at Christmas is very hard and they made it wonderful. The room was very nice and had a great view. They made popcorn in the afternoons and Iced Tea. I love coffe and they had it in the lobby anythime. I will definatly recommend my family stay here in the future.

Lovely breakfast room overlooking a peaceful pond, with great food! There was no hair shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom.

The room was not clean. The plumbing in our room was all messed up. The bathroom smelled like urine. There was water/urine leaking from the bathroom ceiling that made it to where my wife could not use the toilet without getting soaked. The room was very unsanitary and smelled awful. The carpet was in horrible condition. One of the lamps did not have a light bulb. The Manager was very, very rude and very insensitive to the fact that we needed to cancel one night of our reservation due to the death of my wife's grandpa.

Beds were very comfortable! Bad smell in foyer and lobby. This was a great place to stay. I would recommend this place! There was a strange (bad) smell in the lobby, but the room was well-appointed and beds were very comfortable.

Hotel was good. It was on the way for us to VA beach, thats why we selected. We stayed there only to take rest for few hours & continue our journey. Breakfast was good. Overall we were happy with our stay.

Very nice towels in the bathroom/grap bars in tub. Paper thin walls and floors. Good just-off-highway location with short walk from parking to lobby/room. But, modular construction means no sound privacy between rooms/floors. It would be good if the front desk would separate customers so no one is right next to another occupied room! Wonderful breakfast with great view of a pond from breakfast room.

Big room, clean facility. Too far from event. A clean new facility with helpful staff. The room far exceeded expectations.

The breakfast served at 6:30 am allowed us to get an early start. If there was an indoor pool, we would have enjoyed the hotel more. This hotel was fine for us because we were passing through on our way to the Outer Bank.
