The beds were great. No water in the pool. Closed, and no working spa. The hotel was a nice hotel, but wanted to know why the pool was not in service they said who goes swimming in May? I said everyone, who was on a trip whether for a fun, or business trip. They were rude to us. We also asked for clean towels, they never came, and a small thing microwave popcorn was in one of our rooms, so we asked if we could get some, they said sure but it never came. Unhappy Willa le Baron.

As a regular guest of this hotel, I was surprised on my last visit to see the guestrooms and public spaces have had a complete makeover since my previous stay. All guestrooms feature new bedding and linens, additional lighting, single rooms feature Tempur-Pedic mattresses. The hallways have also been updated with new carpet, new wallpaper and lighting. As always the continental breakfast was an added plus, my wife and I especially love the cheese omelets and sausage

Hotel looked nice but had alot of problems. I had no hot water in the morning.Had to return to front desk twice, door key didn't work.toilet handle was broken after housekeeping freshened the room, pull faucet in shower comes out of the wall.Limited cable channels.Bedding was not changed, maid simply swapped between two beds. Would Not Stay At Again!

Surprisingly nice and well run. This hotel met all my needs for skiing in Utah. It was clean, well run, friendly, and well located to ski at Snowbird.

Checked in for one nights stay on the 6th of July. Staff were courteous and effecient. Security door was proped open instead of closed. Anyone could enter. Door didn't shut properly. Room was old and poorly maintained. Smelled of smoke and it wasn't designated as non smoking. Smoke came into bathroom vent from another room upstairs. Carpet frayed, broken outlets, wall mounted lamp shaky, light shades damaged. Very poor room. Would not stay there again.

Good breakfast, location and service. Noise of the air-conditioner/heating unit. All the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. It provides great hot breakfast. We really enjoyed staying in this hotel.

The breakfast was really good and went until 10:00a.m. I loved this hotel. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. I was traveling with my two young boys. The breakfast was much better than served at most hotels and it went until 10:00 a.m. so we didn't feel pressured into getting up early to eat. I hope I'm fortunate enough to get a room at this hotel in the future through Priceline.

Clean; beds and pillows were comfortable. Heater fan noisy. Overall, I'm pleased with this hotel, and will stay there again. I had to ask for extra blankets because of the cold temps. I got two more thin blankets, for a total of three. This was sufficient, but a single, heavier blanket would have been better, in my opinion. Good breakfasts, nice people, clean facilities. The area the hotel is located in must be dicey, because there are signs warning customers not to leave anything in their car. But I didn't encounter any problems.

Easy to locate. Could use more cleaning and upkeep. I like the Holiday Inn Express tag but what concerns me about this one is the cleanliness in certain areas. Management should walk through the rooms every so often to see what they are offering the customers.

Friendly staff, very close to highway., Tiny room. It would be a great place if the rooms were a little larger. The bathroom door kept hitting me in the knee every timeI entered and tried to shut the door. I'm barely 160lbs and can't imagine what would happen if someone twice my size tried to use the same bathroom. Also, no elevator is a big problem for heavy luggage.

Great free breakfasts. Courteous staff; convenient location. No hot tub; no elevators. Easy to access from the airport. Convenient to the highways to ski areas. Friendly helpful staff to help locate restaurants. Convenient business center for computer hookups.
