The Hotel was beautiful, the staff was friendly, the Hotel was very modern and clean. The breakfast was fabulous, the employee's were great. Nothing. It was a very positive experience. The staff was welcoming, the Hotel was modern, comfortable, clean, and we got a good price on it. The breakfast was delicious, and big.

Clean and quiet, good breakfast buffet. Wish they had a fitness center. I had an excellent stay, would stay there again anytime. The breakfast buffet is good, also my room was very clean and quiet. Overall I can't think of anything that I was dissatisfied with. For the money this is in my opinion the best hotel in Salida.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds. My overall experience was great. The staff was friendly and the beds were extremely comfortable. Everything was clean and there was a good variety for the continental breakfast.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. You can hear everything through the walls. Lots of kids running up and down the halls.

We were made to feel extremely comfortable. We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were all very friendly. Everything was very clean. We were extremely impressed all around by all the amenities and the level of service we received.

The hotel was very clean and convenient. A great deluxe continental breakfast and the breakfast staff was very helpful. The front desk staff was not very nice and not very helpful. The hot tub was so hot that no one could get in it. Several complaints were made.

Clean with friendly staff, good free breakfast! Easy to access, clean, polite staff. Beautiful surroundings. Free breakfast was very nice alot of selections, eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, pastries, cereal, yogurt, juice and more.

Hotel was very clean, morning buffet food was good, and staff was friendly. At 2:00 am people were having an hour long talk in the hall. Did not know if it was staff or guests. Was very surprised at how clean the rooms were. Hotel staff front desk was friendly, and gave directions to where we wanted to go. It was a plus the home made cookies in the lobby and the free newspapers. I would stay here again without a doubt.

Willingness to change to a non smoking when possible, but one bad night. Clean and convenient. Great breakfasts. Everyone who wants an odoriferous unhealthy room should be able to such; the rest of us who expect to breathe healthy air certainly should not stay into a smoking room.

Bigger coffee cups in breakfast area, that's about it. Rude front desk, will never stay there again. Check in ok. Room, ok, little worn. Check out was horrible. She was rude, nasty, and no help. We have family that lives there, we made sure they knew, and will tell everyone that comes there not` to stay at that hotel. Front desk clerk shouldn't be in management, probably shouldn't deal with the public.

Ease of use. Friendly folks. Their continental breakfast was sub par. Quite, with easy access. Clean and prompt with their services. In all a comfortable no hustle stay.

The rooms were clean and close to the rafting companies. No hot breakfast. If you are going to stay in Salida, this is the nicest hotel in Salida. We stayed in Salida because it was close to the place we went rafting. However, I would not stay in Salida again, there is nothing to do, and we only found one decent place to eat in the town.

The rooms were clean and nice; staff was friendly. Quiet. No business lounge or computer with internet. Hotel was well located, clean, and quiet. Staff was friendly and mostly helpful. Decent continental breakfast.
