Although this hotel was under construction, it provides a decent lodging facility. The kids played in the small pool. When bedding was requested for the sofa bed, a pillow couldn't be provided and the desk clerk made it clear that she had to pull the additional towels out of the dryer. All in all, I would stay there again, but don't go there if you're expecting 5 star service and accomodations.

Even though we were in town for a graduation at Washington University, this hotel was not too far away. It is actually in a great location to see the sights downtown. Wish there was a grocery store nearby. Was fairly easy to get to and we would stay again if we cannot get a place closer to the university.

I like the Holiday Inn Express because the rooms are comfortable and the staff is friendly. I also stayed in a Holiday Inn Express in Phoenix and felt the same.I like that they include a healthy breakfast and the coffee is good.

The room was spacious. The hotel was in a bad neighborhood. We had a good experience but we did not feel safe leaving the hotel after dark. The pool water quality appeared poor. The hot breakfast was good and a nice bonus. Staff was very helpful.

Every hotel employee that I have encountered has been friendly and responsive. The bedding is great. The location is convenient for me. And I haven't found a better value.

The location right off I-55 and close to all the great St. Louis attractions. It was clean and the staff were friendly. The quality of the neighborhood was a little spotty but a brand new condo is being built across the street which will improve the area significantly. The rooms were comfy and clean with plenty of space for 2 people to spread out.

This hotel was value for money. Very cheap, great staff, amazingly quite rooms, an absolute bargain. Great hotel. If you are looking for more up market then the Drury Plaza Hotel or the Millenium Hotels are the ones for you.

The Holiday Inn Express in St. Louis met my family's needs at a reasonable price. The room was comfortable in every way. The queen beds were soft and offered both soft and firm pillows. The free breakfast was amazing- everything from cereal,fruit, and muffins to biscuits and gravy and cinnamon rolls.

Clean rooms, free parking, helpful employees. Hallways smelled like tobacco smoke, questionable safety of surrounding neighborhood. We had a good stay with a small child and baby. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We love the free breakfast! We really liked the size of the room- plenty of space. Great pillows and bedding too! This was our second stay here and we would stay there again!

Location was a bit of concern but it was perfect. You are greeted with cookies at checkin. Staff was friendly. Pool is small but they have added toys for children. Room was a good size and included a sofa bed. Everything was clean. Parking lot well light. Only drawback was the bad view of a junkyard. Breakfast was okay. Staff seems to really try hard at making the place comfortable. I would stay again.

The Holiday Inn Express in St Louis was very comfortable with a spacious room. I was extremely pleased with the friendly and helpful staff who helped me with directions around the city and recommended some wonderful dining establishments.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. We were not aware that the hotel was under renovation. Although the hotel is undergoing renovation and we were unable to use the pool area, it is a very nice hotel with great amenities. Once it is finished it will be a beautiful hotel.

Rooms were clean with new finishes. Location is somewhat isolated from activity. The hotel was under going a renovation of the common areas, so it was hard to judge it properly. Overall my stay was comfortable. I'm planning on staying there again.

No one seems to want to help with the the screw up. No pool,no hot tub, needless to say they were not impressed.
