I liked the location. Our view our the window (210)was of the air handler units. We were offered a different room. It was on the back hall which was to far to walk. We have stayed here before. The beds felt harder this time. The breakfast food was good. It was busy. The staff was nice. I think if someone had told me the lock was broken I would had sent someone to fix it.

Very convenient location! The strong smell of sewage in the bathroom upon arrival and throughout the stay. The hotel appeared very clean and attractive. However, the terrible odors present in the hallways and restroom areas were rather unnerving.

Hotel was super clean. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was great. Would definitely stay again.

We used this hotel since it was close to the doctor's office. The location by the Outlets added to our enjoyment, plus we did NOT have to go out into traffic for a restaurant -- good selections. The staff were fantastic, breakfast ok, depending what you wanted, room quite satisfactory and it was QUIET INSIDE AND OUT. For a family, it's close to the children's activity parks. We plan to use this hotel when we have additional appointments.

It was a very nice hotel. Next time I will stay in a more rural area of Lancaster. This hotel is perfect if you go mainly for shopping as you can walk to some of the outlets. The big problem I had is the room STUNK like cigarette smoke. The staff tried to use spray and some machine but it didn't work. Smell didn't go away until we left after a 2 day stay. BTW, it was a non smoking room as requested. I would have given this hotel 5 stars if the room didn't smell.

Very friendly staff, especially at night. My brother forgot his phone charger and they said they never saw it. Everything was spotless, the bed was clean and comfortable, water pressure in the shower was excellent and the free hot breakfast was delicious.

Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were large and clean. Beds were comfotable, despite being in the middle of the outlets, it was quiet. Would certainly stay again.

Paid in advance for king room and called the day of stay to tell them when we would be checking in. Upon arrival, no king rooms available, no compensation offered. Desk staff incompetent, horrible management.

We felt that we were given the worst room because we got a cheaper online price. It was across from the elevator, next to the vending machines, very close to lobby, so traffic was continual thru evening and early morning. Carpet was "sticky", made white socks filthy. Breakfast choices were great, but omelets were cold, biscuits were hard. Surrounded by outlet shopping, if that's what you want - we weren't there for that. Wonderful location (along with 30-40 other motels & inns) for Amish Country attractions. 2nd time in that motel and definitely the last.

Desk attendant was very friendly and helpful. Seemed to be an atmosphere of lingering smoking. The location was great and the staff was friendly. We were first put into a smoking room which was not acceptable. Upon request, we were promptly placed into another room.

Paid in advance for king room and called the day of the stay to tell them we would be arriving later, no king rooms available upon arrival. Desk staff incompetent in job, had no idea what was going on, horrible management, no compensation offered.

If the room was clean and the toilet stoped running it would have been a great trip,we told them every day the toilet keeps us up all night, they saywe will if it. well someone did come to the room becauce he left it filthy. his foot prints were all over, no one cleaned them up i had to clean the bathroom befor i went to bed. When i called that night to complain, they really didn't seem to care to much. i believe the hotel could be a great place to stay. But, it has to be cleaner!! They need a new vaccume! You can't just give it a lick and a promise every day, it has to be cleaned good, I do have to say the price was fair and we had a great time any how.

I really liked the change they made in bedding, using all white coverings with a folded throw at the bottom of the bed -very clean. Missed the kleenex in the bathroom. The room was clean and inviting. A plus was the microwave and small refrigerator in the room. The bedding was wonderful. When we walked in everything was white and so clean - no more bedspreads. Just a soft washable throw folded at the bottom of the bed. I really liked that. The location was very convenient to outlets, a golf course and restaurants that we like.

This room was clean, comfortable, and extra spacious. It was a wonderful place to stay and a great value for the money. The staff was considerate and courteous. The location was perfect, we were 2 miles from Sight and Sound Theatre and were walking distance from shopping (outlets!) and restaurants. The bedding was new and the bed was very comfortable. As someone that stays in a lot of hotels I can recommend this hotel highly!

The hotel was in a great location. Outlet stores within walking distance as well as some restaurants. The hotel was clean and neat. The room was very comfortable and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The Amish sites and shops were only minutes away. My wife and I enjoyed our 3 night stay very much. We would stay here again.

Hotel is located in the middle of the outlet mall along the tourist strip. First room we were given when we checked in at 6 pm had not been cleaned that day. We were immediately moved to another room. Hotel was average but seemed rather pricey. Best thing about breakfast was the fresh donuts from local bakery

We were going on a much needed shopping spree. We very very happy with the location of the hotel in relation to the outlet center. At one point on our shopping trip we had accumulated so many packages that we made two trips back to the room to drop them off and start again. This was great because we had a chance to relax for about 10 or 15 minutes, throw some water on our faces, use our own bathroom and we were ready to start anew. We were also close of several restaurants that we could actually walk to. I would highly recommend your hotel to friends and family.

The staff was extremely accomodating and knowlegable about the area. I found the hotel to be perfectly suited for our needs - we were minutes from everything. The staff was a pleasure and we completely enjoyed our stay. Being so close to the outlets was an added bonus for us as well!

Bed was very comfortable, linens/blankets a plus. Perfect for short or long stays. The outlets right outside the door was a plus for us. Centrally located for the many attractions Lancaster has to offer.
