We had a very nice room, very clean and comfortable. We traveled to Jerome and Sedona on Saturday and enjoyed it very much. Everything is very close by and traveling in town was good as well. We look forward to going again in the future.

Great service and staff. Did not have a bar. Worked very well for our needs and we'll be staying there again in July. Fair price, clean rooms, location was great for what we were doing that weekend, softball tournament.

Recently stayed at this property. The room was nice and clean. Comfortable beds. The room fee came with breakfast and that's where the value ended. Eggs served were of the powered variety and there was no gravy for the biscuits as promised. Care should be taken in the future to make sure that the food served had been improved. Real eggs would have been much preferred.

I have traveled extensively and stayed at many 5star hotels and by fair the Holiday Inn Express in Prescott is the best....The staff are so friendly and eager to please no matter what your request is. There is continental breakfast(which is fantastic) every morning(including thanksgiving) and there is a manager's happy hour every evening and both are free. There is a great pool with hot tub and the excercise room is small but adequate. The room service was exceptional and accomodating. I would definitley say that Holiday Inn express is my choice of hotels from here on....

The Holiday Inn Express in Prescott, AZ was indeed a very pleasant surprise. I was delighted with the large room, comfortable King bed (two kinds of pillows embroidered either Soft and Firm), and beautiful marble bath. Two computers in the business alcove offer free internet access for guests (although the connection is s-l-o-w: dial-up maybe?). Breakfast was self-serve (hot and cold items), and don't forget to try one of the warm cinnamon rolls. The hotel sits on the outskirts of downtown Prescott, near the mall, Costco and eateries; but was only minutes from downtown Prescott.

Free breakfast. Carpets in room and in halls was filthy. We were kept awake most of the night with children running up and down the hallway and slamming doors.

I always stay at the Holiday Inn Express when in Prescott. It is clean and comfortable and safe (and very close to the mall)! I highly recommend it!

The Holiday Inn Express has very clean rooms and is a quiet place to stay. If you're into excercise like I am, you'll be a little disapointed at their Gym. It only has one treadmil, one LifeCycle and one Orbital trek machine and that's all! The breakfast is very good and although the facililty is a few miles from downtown Prescott, it is close to the mall and WallMart.

Unexpectedly nice. This hotel was very enjoyable. We have stayed at many hotels and this was one of the nicer ones. The amenities were great, the hotel was clean and updated. Family friendly, nice inside pool, internet accessible, comfy bed. Overall, great!

The location was perfect for my visit. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful at meeting all my needs. The pool was too warm but the hot tub was perfect.I jwould recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff was very friendly and accommodations were excellent. Nothing. Lovely, friendly atmosphere. Refreshments served from 5 -7 unexpected and very good. Breakfast served, had a large variety of food and well done. All in all, a lovely experience.

Nice clean rooms, friendly service and busness center. Not too many restaurants and shops within walking distance. I've been to this hotel before on my trips to Prescott. It is the nicest and cleanest hotel for not much more money. Less riff-raff there and it's very clean and comfortable.

"We visited Prescott to see the area and after visiting and having a such a wonderful time and such fantastic weather, we're ready to move there.The hotel was great. The staff seemed a little unorganized, but the FREE yummy continental breakfast made up for the staff imperfections. "

Free high speed internet and continental breakfast. Carpet was stained and looked dirty. Enjoyed my stay and the room was comfortable with plenty of pillows. Asked for a crib and it was already in the room when we arrived. Very good service at the front desk.
