It was close to our friends. Water pressure bad in shower. Door latch was broken. Was in need of up date. We will not stay here again.

The facility was very clean, the building looks new, the kids enjoyed a swim in between their tournament games, the adults had a nice area --sort of a dining, lounging area which was perfect for all the parents to gather and visit, or watch TV, or hookup on the internet -- a computer was available for use or bring your own to hookup to their wireless internet. The staff made sure that coffee and tea was available 24 hours a day, cookies were baked fresh for the taking every afternoon (mmm, yummy chocolate chip cookies!!), and popcorn was also available. When we first got there, I had trouble hooking my personal computer to the wireless internet. The manager was so kind as to even come in person and fix the problem... only to find, I did not have my wireless card turned on, so it wasn't a problem with the hotel's connection -- but he was so nice as to even call their ISP provider to help me figure it out. All in all, it's a nice place for the money and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Rooms were very clean, which is a must for me. There was nothing that I did not like. Clean rooms, very friendly service, and the best part, was easy to get to. I am not familiar with the area and the hotel was right off of the turnpike exit. No GPS needed.

Our non-smoking room smelled like a pub on game night and on top of that housekeeping decided not to stop by. When we complained the manager basically had one thing to say: ""TOUGH LUCK"". When we asked for clean towels on our third day, we were told there were no clean towels left!!!! All this is a shame, because this hotel is actually pretty nice looking, but service is the WORST EVER. I would definitely not stay there again.

Free breakfast was very good, all areas of hotel were kept very clean. Hotel was located near busy intersection making left turns out of parking area nearly impossible. I plan on staying here again! The breakfast was good, hot and had many choices on it. The staff was always available and helpful with all inquiries. Rooms were kept clean and smelling nice each day. One of the best hotels I've stayed in for this price in a very long time. Looking forward to staying again.

We did experience some problems. The pool was unavailable for the first day or so, but the staff accommodated us sufficiently. The rooms were great. Over all it was a wonderful experience.
