The hotel was near were we wanted to shop but that was all. The hotel needs a bigger breakfast area. We had to take our breakfast to our room because there was not enough table space to handle all guest.(good thing our room was just down the hall).

we had reserved a room with 2 queen beds because a king bed room was not available at time of reservation. We requested a king if one became available (expecting they wouldn't really try to get us one), they not only got us a king room, it was at the same price and the staff was very friendly and helpfull with all our questions about area attractions and dining choices. The room was nice,clean and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was great (eggs, sausage,biscuit and gravy, supper cinnamon rolls, fruit, juices, and many other items not normally found on a included motel breakfast. When in the area, I wouldn't choose any other motel. Our stay there was in Aug. 2008.

The staff was excellent, the motel was very clean with alot of nice aminities for the price. The location was great for us, right accross the street from the maul, movie theatre. The continental breakfast was nice with someone there all the time making sure it was stocked up and fresh.

Would highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was great! Kids loved the pool. All Very clean. The beds were excellent!

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and it's close proximity to the outlet mall. Nothing. I liked this hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel was older but very clean and well kept. It was very centrally located in the area. The complimentary breakfast was very good and had a lot to offer - both hot and cold selections. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great breakfast. The cinnamon rolls were awesome. The staff at this hotel were so friendly and so helpful. We had trouble getting our wireless internet to work the first night. But it ended up being a problem with our laptop. They suggested things to help us and places to go to get expert assistance. Would definitely stay there again. Very clean and convenient. We were able to walk to the outlet mall several times.

Went to Osage Beach with a friend to go to a concert. I booked the hotel over a month in advance. I was looking for affordable, comfort and a location close to the concert, as well as shopping. The beds were soooo comfortable. The price was really right, and we were right across the street from the lots of shopping options. We ended up only 15 minutes from the concert and had a great time. The desk staff assisted with when we should leave to get to the concert venue, and she was correct! I would definitely stay here again. ;-)

Nice, comfortable, clean rooms and very good continental breakfast. Did not offer morning newspapers. We enjoyed our stay, and would certainly stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Osage Beach again.

We ended up staying here because the hotel we were supposed to stay at was a huge disappointment. We found the staff to be very customer oriented, the rooms were clean and the beds were great. It also cost much less than the other hotel. Even though this does not have a lake view, this was a better choice for the above mentioned reasons."

Clean, nice looking rooms. The bathroom was clean and modern looking. Paid extra for crib and staff tried to make me put it together. I had to pay extra for a crib and the hotel staff member who brought it to our room told me she didn't know how to put it together and tried to get me to do it. The staff was non helpful, the hotel was very clean and in a great location.

They allowed me to stay the night before which made me fell great because I got my moneys worth. There was nothing. Excellent service and I hope to continue to get traded this way I will be staying at this hotel more.
