Friendly staff, nice breakfast set up, comfortable beds. No shampoo, wash smelled funny. Convenient location in N. Columbus good for business travel.

We had great stay at this particular hotel. Very comfortable beds and great breakfast. Business center and Fitness center was in excellent condition. Very convenient location. will stay at this location evey time when we come back to columbus, oh.

The Hotel was not what I expected. Typically Holiday Inn Express are fairly new. This one was very old and needed updating. There was no elevator to get to the second floor. The beds were confortable, but only one electrical outlet in the room worked. The breakfast was good and staff was friendly enough. It did not look like a very safe area.

It was really great stay what i had at this hotel. Great price and very clean and comfy stay. stayed for three night it was very friendly environment. Front desk staff was very helpfull. Best breakfast i ever had with any hotel. very convinient location and lots of restraunts nearby. I will be staying in this hotel again whenever my visit to columbus, oh. I travel almost 300 nights a year all over the country, i will recomand this hotel its a best value of your hard earning dollars.

Was satisfied with my room, however there were no refrig. in rooms so had to throw my leftovers from rest. out which I wasn't too happy with. Cont. breakfast was very nice with omlets that tasted good. Not the best location but there was security.

I was visiting my daughter at Ohio State, it's a little bit out of the way, but very quick access to the highway and the campus.

Friendly, clean, comfortable, modern and a great breakfast. The daily key change was a little inconvenient. I was really please with the up to date amenities. It was clean and the service was great. Breakfast was a plus and the business was a blessing when my laptop cord went South. Great place to stay with an affordable price.

It was one of best experience i had at this hotel. Very friendly staff, Clean rooms great breakfast believ me no body can beat breakfast what this hotel offers. Great price for Holiday inn express. Very easy to find location. Secured at night. I travel a lot almost every second day and experience at this hotel was really great.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. The hallway to the room was clean and the room was more than adequate. Bed quality: good. Size of bathroom: adequate. Room housekeeping: more than adequate.

Morning continental breakfast was not very good. Staff was friendly and helpful, facility was clean and convenient, some plumbing fixtures were not securely fixed to what they should have been fixed to.

This was my second stay at this hotel and it was just as wonderful as the first time. Great location and staff. The bed was extremely comfortable.

1st room smelled bad. 2nd room was better. They slipped a bill under my door even though I prepaid. There was no parking in the lot due to continued construction...had to park at a neighboring business. I will try a different hotel next time I am in town...just too many issues.

I was very surprised at how accomodating everyone was. From the time that I checked in, until the time that I left, everyone made sure that the guests were happy. They have an outstanding morning buffet that is included in the price. They offer bagels or bread,omelets, hot drinks, and supply the breakfast area with a giant screen TV, and newspapers. The rooms were exceptionally clean, although a tiny bit small in size. Situated next to the highway for easy access, I think the hotel is an outstanding value and a must for any travelet in that area.

It was clean and great location. No refrigerator in rooms. I thought that the hotel was decent for the price. The night staff could've been friendlier but overall it was ok.

Very friendly staff, rooms were nice, hot breakfast. Need to let potential visitors know there is no elevator to 2nd floor rooms. Parking was tight due to work being done on front of hotel, but that is temporary.

Great staff; excellent room. I really liked this hotel. It was in a safe place, security was visible, staff was eager to help. The rooms were great, clean and more luxurious than I expected. Convenient to services. Great place!
