This Holiday Inn Express exceeded my expectations. It was quiet, clean and well run. The wireless internet was easy to use. The free breakfasts included eggs and bacon or sausage as well as the usual pastries and coffee.

Guest service was exemplary. This hotel met all expectations on our two day-two night stay. Hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating, finding a small refrigerator for the room and other items. Clean, well kept property and everything was as it should be. Whirlpool could be a couple degrees warmer though!

The Holiday Inn Express in Middletown, Ohio, was very comfortable. I particularly liked the large, plush towels, and the complimentary breakfast.

Nice complimentary breakfast. Reserved non smoking king room, received smoking with 2 beds. Hotel was fine in public spaces. I was extremely upset. We were given a smoking room and it was unacceptable.

We enjoyed our stay, the children were able to swim the eving we checked in. Many places to eat around the hotel. The bed are very comfortable, I would stay here again. It is only about 20-30 mins from kings island. This hotel is in a safe location for you and your children.

I called to confirm and the person, she was so kind, when I arrived it was the same and offered water and muffins at the front desk, that was great! I would have liked the water and muffin waiting at the front desk when I came in late from conference. From the time I called to confirm my reservation and when I arrived it was very pleasant. I was impressed that there was water and fresh muffins at the front desk and was ask to take and enjoy, that was wonderful business. The bed and how clean the hotel and room is very important to me and it was. I would have liked the muffins and water when I came back in the late evening from my conference. The beds and pillows are comfortable.

I was impressed with the cleanliness and the design. We had a King size bed and it was very comfortable. If I was to be up that way again I would stay there.

It was more than we had expected. The beds and the shower were relaxing. The location was around every place we visited. The heater in our fell apart. The screen in the window was not secured in. While most hotels and inns do not clean they're comforters, we could tell that those were washed. The breakfast food was fresh and good, the pool area was clean and neat. We really enjoyed our stay, even with five kids under the age of six¿

The Holiday Inn Express Middletown has a nice location, not too far from the interstate but far enough that it's quiet. There were several dinning locations within walking distance. The staff at this location was very friendly and most helpful. The only down side was the size of their pool, it's quite small. I would not hesitate to stay at this location again.

It is ideal for a business traveler. Hallways and common areas smell smoky. The property is suited for travelers between Dayton and Cincinnatti. I think for all practical reasons it is a good spot.

our room was very nice and the beds were nearly the 1st in a hotel that were comfortable. i would recommend this hotel for it's convienience to shopping and food; near kings island.

Excellent location, trouble free stay. Internet connection was cumbersome and access was slow. Good hotel for business auto travel, close to interstate and shopping midway between Cincinnati and Dayton. Not near airport. Competent and friendly staff.
