We Really enjoyed our stay here. The Staff was SUPER friendly, the commute to Disneyland was easy and fast. The park entrance is about 15 minutes away (walking). The breakfast was really good and it was helpful to feed the kids before going to Disneyland. Clean rooms W/ refridgerators and coffee makers also provided lots of convenience.

The hotel was located a little further than originally thought; but the walk was nice. It is located near Garden Mall which was a gorgeous outdoor place that we visited our first night. The hotel room was fine...clean - nicely done & comfortable. The morning breakfast was quite substantial - seemed to offer something for everyone...I would recommend & stay here again

The Hotel was filthy, the staff was rude and the pool was a joke. We were so disappointed in this hotel we didn't even stay. We were told that we could cancell our reservations, which we did and checked in at another Hotel, down the street to. We are so angry that our account has been charged for two nights and after talking with the Hotel and Travel website, this matter is stil unresovled. .

We booked the room for one night, we had just had a wonderful experience at a Holiday Inn Express in San Diego Ca., we kind of expected the same. We were only there for one night, passing through on our way back to Washington, we decided to stop at Disneyland, just for the day. When we got to our room after the park closed, it smelled of mold, so looking around we found moldy walls in the bathroom. Then when we went to close the blinds so we could sleep without the hotel lights, there were no blinds, my son was very tired so my husband and I figured out how to hang a blanket over the window to darken the room, be could have called maitence to hang blinds but by then it was after midnight. My family and I visit Anaheim at least twice a year, we were very un happy with this hotel. The employees were not very helpful, and seemed to talk down to us rather than be sympethetic to the problem. It was like we were there only one night so it did not matter that our room was not up to par.

Staff was super friendly. No hot water for the bath. This was a great hotel especially with little children. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and welcoming.

Our room was wonderful! The staff was very friendly. One problem is that when I had problems with walking (knee problems) and needed a wheelchair assistance it wasn't available.

We arrived at the hotel early on day of arrival but without asking the the hotel staff booked us into our room rioght then. The staff was very polite and courteous. The morning breakfast was more then one would hope to find for a continental breafast- hot eggs, bacon, and sausage and bisquits and gravy, not to mention the usual fare of sweet rolls, muffins, toast, cereal, juice, coffee, milk, you name it- and like others have said, they constantly replensh the counter so you never have to wait for an item that runs out- very impressive. The rooms, we had a suite, was very nice and comfortable, the bath very adequate, it accommmated two adults, two preteens and two teens with no problems. Hookup to the wireless internet was very nice touch and no extra fee. Had no problems with this service. Hotel was a easy 15 minute walk to Disneyland and California Anventure, posed no problem for us. Highly reccommend this Hotel if you do not require fancy accommadations. This will be my first choice on a future return visit. also though not publicised, they will hold your bags if you have a late departure, another good feature.

We had a great stay at this hotel!! We arrived early and they let us check in and we had a perfect view of the disneyland fireworks from our fourth floor room. The elevator was undergoing renovations but the awesome staff made up for that. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was AWESOME!! I will definitely stay there again. Plus my kiddos loved the heated pool and I didnt mind the hot tub and suana!!

I liked that the hotel was walking distance to Disneyland and other restaurants. The hotel was very clean, the free breakfast was great! The staff was helpful in storing an item that I had brought up with me. The room was not ready but they kept my item in a cold place anyway while we had lunch.

This hotel was kinda old and run down. Also, one of my main preferences when booking a hotel is free breakfast. The breakfast was not so good. The eggs were a strange consistency and the bacon was paper thin. The room was just so so. The staff are the only reason that I'm rating this hotel a three star rather than a one star. All of the staff were pleasant and friendly.

We had a very nice stay here. Close to Disneyland, adequate parking, very clean rooms, nice hot jacuzzi, heated pool. Best part is the continental breakfast. HUGE selection, all delicious. Hot water was hot, no problems with showers or beds. Bath towels were HUGE and super thick. Pillows had little embroidered labels identifying their firmness which was great. Bathroom was roomy and spotless. No noise from outside at all. Could see fireworks from DL from some areas. One strange thing was most of the outlets were loose, to where your chargers would fall out when trying to charge phones, etc. but we did find some tight ones. The only thing that would make it better was if breakfast and pool hours ran a little later. Pool closes at 10 p.m. and it would be nice to use it after a day at Disneyland. Other than that everything was very clean and well maintained. Staff was helpful with directions, places to eat, and when we needed tape for a large box. Very nice place to stay.

The hotel is located just few blocks from disney and the Anaheim convention center. We arrived early from our trip and the staff accomodated us to check in earlier. The staff has excellent customer service and they check frequently to make sure everything is fine.

The continental breakfast was great! And the hotel was really close to Disneyland. The elevator was really slow and sometimes the parking garage was too full. Overall I liked it.It was good, and the beds were really comfy. I've always like that about Holiday Inn express. Their breakfast buffet is always good and theres plenty of food and its always hot and fresh! They had 2 computers in the lobby that had free internet use, which was really convenient! When I needed a toothbrush and a bandied they gave me them for free and asked if I was okay. Everyone who worked there was really nice. OH, and they let us check in early without any fees, this place was great!

Newly renovated, very clean and well maintained. The staff is very accomodating and friendly. Within walking distance of several restaurants. A Cheesecake Factory and Bubba Gump Shrimp restaurant are opening within 1/2 a block. A 5 minute drive from Disneyland. I would definetly stay here again.

The front desk tells people on the phone that Disneyland is across the street, it's not. It is actually 1 1/2 blocks away. other than that, the hotel was a great place to stay. I would recommend it to everyone.

The process for finding an affordable hotel was fast and easy with this website. The first plus was that it was relatively close to Disneyland. Next, we didn't plan on checking in to the hotel until after we were done with our first night at the park, and since we already booked and paid already with Travel agency we were able to do a late check in at midnight. We did not want to have to leave the park to go and check in, but had we not have booked with Travel agency we would have had to check in earlier, which would have taken precious time away from "the happiest place on earth!" We we arrived, stayed and departed the staff was very friendly. The room was not extravagant, but it was pretty good for the price we paid. I would have to say that the best part of the hotel was the continetal breakfast! This breakfast was great and it kept me, my wife and kids completely free from hunger until dinner time. If you are a family man with a decent budget, and is looking for a good place to stay, this is it!

It was our first time staying in a Holiday Inn Hotel. I must said that during our check-in, we got a very accommodating staff to help us with our needs. He is so friendly and nice to my family. The hotel room was perfect for the four of us. Everything was clean and in good shape. The location is a long walk to the Disney entrance but I must say it's a good exercise.

It was very convenient to the Disney resorts, and the staff was great! Although the pool was closed for maintenance, they arranged swimming permission at the hotel next door. Free internet, free parking, convenience, and the friendly courteous hotel staff made this a perfect place to stay for a Disneyland trip. The rooms are standard, but that's all I needed.
