I was impressed with this property. The staff was extremely friendly and extraordinarily helpful. The rooms were clean and quiet and the the continental breakfast was a nice plus. They also serve cookies and milk nightly! I would definitely stay here again.

The view of the city is so breath taking especially at night. Everything was just great. Was a wonderful place, the staff is very helpful. The view of the city is amazing especially it the early morning (sunrise) and at night it will make your trip so relaxing, I know that someday I'm planning on going back there.

Holiday Inn Express in Pullman was booked, so we picked this one with the idea of having to dread the trip back and forth to WSU. Not a chance. First off, excellent facility from the moment we parked the car. Friendly staff, very helpful and courteous right up until checkout. Arrived late in the evening and woke to one of the best mountain views I've ever seen from a hotel room window. Continental breakfast was exceptional. Restaurants and shopping easily within walking distance. Loved the pool and ice and soda machines located on every floor. If you're business/pleasure takes you anywhere near this hotel, don't pass up the opportunity. You won't be disappointed.

It was clean and pleasant. It was difficult to find. A clean, pleasantly appointed motel with friendly staff. I will definitely stay there again when I am in the area. I would feel good about recommending it to others.

From our arrival the motel trated us extremely well. Our stay had to be expanded to allow our furniture to get here on Monday, July 21. The staff was very willing to help us get thingd set up for the extended stay.

I likeed the layout of this Holiday Express - Lewiston, ID. The staff was extremely helpful and courtous. The room was cleaned to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend this particular hotel to a friend or family member. Many resturants where close and easlily accessable too.

Everything was great. Location, view, warm pool & hot tub, nice rooms, complimentary breakfast! Nothing was unsatisfactory about this hotel. We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The thing we enjoyed the most was that the pool was kept warm enough to enjoy and the hot tub was at a perfect temperature. We would like to bring our grandchildren next time to enjoy the water!

Love this hotel, go to lewiston every year, wouldn't even considering staying anywhere else. The rooms are clean, we can keep room temperature really cool which most hotels dont have. The complimentary breakfast is good. The have fresh baked cookies every day and last time they also had lemon water in the lobby. The stores within walking distance are fabulos! Fashion bug Safeway, Famous footware. Eddie bauer home to name a few.

Exceeded expectations. Had a great stay. The desk clerk made a great concierge and went way out of her way to help make us comfortable and assist us with dinner plans

The room was very comfortable. The motel made extra efforts to help us since I am disabled. I did have to go to the hospital emergency room, the staff was helpful in getting an ambulance etc. for us. The morning breakfast bar was very welcomed. I feel our stay was very pleasant and friendly.

Clean rooms; excellent beds; super service; pool was great; breakfast was different (more to it than we've been used to) and excellent. Would highly recommend this site. Worth the few extra bucks!

This hotel is great. We stayed for a graduation weekend and the service was outstanding. Ask for a view room. It costs slightly more but it is worth it.
