Rooms were clean, and always stocked. Staff were friendly, and the kids loved the pool with a waterfall and a slide. Good location as well. Only downfall was the water pressure, but its still a good hotel.

Nice beds, very comfy the pillows were great. They send you over to the ticket sellers to get a parking pass, but they weren't pushy. We had a room right next to the elevator and didn't hear a thing, the room was very quiet. The beds were very comfortable. Room was clean and it had a balcony, microwave, and fridge. There were plenty of towels although we got to the pool late and they were out of pool towels. Pool was heated and had a slide and waterfall, plus a hot tub. It was very close to the parks and was in an easy to find area. Hot breakfast in the morning wasn't extraordinary, but better than most and the staff there was very helpful. We stayed there and drove to the parks and even with the cost of parking at the park (skipped the shuttles so we could come and go as we pleased) we came out way ahead of what the cheapest Disney resorts would cost. I will stay there again and would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

This hotel is by far one of the best I've stayed in. The staff were all friendly and courteous and made us feel at home. Whenever we needed anything a staff member went out of their way to ensure we got what we needed and followed up later to ensure our needs were met. The rooms were very clean and quiet. The breakfast was superb and so much more than the standard continental breakfast. They had eggs, bacon/sausage/gravy, muffins, breads, and fresh juice and fruit. The pool is above average and comfortable. I'd recommend putting a little more into the workout room as there is only 2 bikes, 2 treadmills, and a stair stepper. A few weights would round that room out nicely. Overall, I would rate this hotel 5+ on a 5 scale. We would definitely stay here again. Also, you can get discount tickets to the attactions by viewing the low-pressure time-share presentation. We actually bought and our next stay will be in luxury accomodations. It's not for everyone and they know that so no pressure. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone with kids or pets. Very friendly staff!!

this hotel is literally in the center of restuarants and shopping areas that you could walk to. They do offer shuttle service to the theme parks, but it only leave 3 time during the morning and early afternoon. Plus, you can only come back in the evening at 3 different times. You have to plan correctly.

I was visiting Walt Disney Parks from Scotland and with my two children (aged 12 and 15). The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. There was a range of food options for breakfast and the idea of free wireless internet was great (something that many hotels in the UK should emulate). The transportation to and from Disney and Universal theme parks, and to and from other parts of the city was very restricted if you do not have your own car. The coutesy bus provided by the hotel only departs from the hotel to just one theme park at 3 specific times during the day and returns at 3 specific times from the same park.

Stayed here last night and was very dissapointed, not only did they not offer me a price break for being a loyal chain user but the walls were paper thin and we had to listen to casual coversations from ajoining rooms like they were sitting on the end of our bed. The staff were in such a hurray to close the complimentary breakfast I thought they were going to take food from guests hands with 10 minutes left on the clock. The ice machine on our floor was so noisy that we thought it was broken. We have stayed in much older buildings that were much quieter and where the staff were much friendlier. It was very convienient and very clean.

Great location and staff. Clean and roomy. Booked it because of previous reviews. They were right on the money. Breakfast included!

Hotel was a great place. It was very clean! Great HOT breakfast. The breakfast had eggs(scrambeled/cheese omelets), sausage, famous cinamon rolls, bagels, biscuits, banannas, cereal, milk, juices, & coffee. Pool was small but nice. Hot tub was great especially after walking all day at the parks. Pool was open until midnight. The only problem with the room was that the alarm clock was messed up & the outlet above the bed was loose and had no cover. I left a note for the maid to replace/fix but did not happen. We had our cell phone alarms that worked just fine. All in all, this place is an excellent place to stay. Location was about 5 minutes away from all parks.

Location excellent. Pets. One night we came back late and when we open the room door the next door room had a dog and starting barking. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Great for a business traveler.

This is a good hotel within our budget. It includes breakfast which they switched every other day. It is not the usual continental breakfast but with scrambled eggs, meat, yoguart, milk, juice, waffle, bread, bagel, cereal, coffee, tea etc. It starts from 6:30 am to 9:30 am but it gets crowded starting at 8 am as everybody is up and rush to go to Disneyworld. They provide shuttle, 3 times (8:40 am, 10 and noon) a day to transport you to Disneyworld and 3 times (6 pm, 8 pm and 10:30 pm) a day to ship you back. The staff are very helpful. My son hurt his foot and they provided bandages, gauze when you asked. The hotel has a swimming pool but I did not try it as it was cold in the evening. It is a small one though. The laundry room has 2 washers and dryers. You have to watch your time to wash your clothes as you can line up for some time, especially the dryer took about 1 hour to dry. Each one costs $1.75/load. Remember to bring some detergent. It was close to a shopping mall within walking distance so not to worry for evening food as there are pizza, Chinese food, Japanese and a supermarket where you can get some snacks. Walk about 5 minutes to the main street SR535 and you can find MacDonalds, Wendys, Olive Garden, Black Angus, Sizzler. There are some Disney discount stores near the hotel too. Even to the Orlando Premium Outlet is not far away, just about 2 miles and you can always get a cab. Riding to Disneyworld is over 7 miles and it can be costly unless you have a whole family, so suggest you take their shuttle. Clean and tidy hotel.

The room was very comfortable. We didn't stay in the room to much. We were on the go alot while in Orlando. The breakfast was great. The only problem I am having is getting in touch with the lost in found. I left two pictures in the room and and have called lost and found 4 times and no one has returned my calls. Everyone from housekeepping to the front desk were extremely nice. We had a great stay.

Actually getting to the property was the most challenging part of our stay. Signs and directions leading travelers to the property could be improved, but the accommodations themselves were worth the search. Front desk personnel were very gracious. Our room was very well appointed, quite spacious, and was exceptionally clean. We didn't use the pool, but it was interestingly shaped and looked like it could be a lot of fun. Breakfast in the morning was also good (loved the cinnamon buns). Using the baggage carts was a challenge because guests and delivery people kept parking vehicles directly in front of the main entrance - right where the curb dips to meet the driveway pavement - so you either had to drop the cart off the edge of the curb, or push the cart an extra 20 yards (estimated) to where there was another (much narrower) curb ramp. A no parking area immedidiately in front of the main ramp would be appreciated - say about 10 feet wide or so. The stay here was supposed to be simply an overnight stay to place us conveniently close to Downtown Disney (the originally planned activity for the next morning) after watching shuttle Atlantis leave, and do it on a tight budget. However, we changed our minds and ended-up going back to Cape Canaveral the next day to take the tours offered the day after the departure of STS-125. For our original plans, staying at this property would have been ideal. The people and facilities here were wonderful - and appreciated. No contest - this overnight stay was the best of this Florida trip.

Overall the hotel was not bad. The room was spacious and clean. It had a microwave and a refrigerator which was nice. The mattress was kind of hard and uncomfortable. We got a non-smoking room but you could smell smoke in the hallway. Not too far from Disney/Downtown Disney. There were a lot of restaurants in the area. The Cici's pizza next door to the hotel was a dump-would not reccommend it at all. Overall, good value for the price.

Stayed at this hotel for family vacation. Kids really enjoyed the pool with water slide. However, not as big as pictures led us to believe. Room was very nice, bed was extremely comfortable---lots of pillows. Hotel staff was always friendly and willing to help out when needed. Many restaurants nearby within walking distance--Olive Garden, Black Angus Steakhouse,Ci Ci's Pizza, Hooters, and many more. When booking this I misunderstood the shuttle service. We had tickets to Universal Studios and Sea World. I thought the shuttle service went to these locations, however the free shuttle went to Epcot. Not a big deal, hotel was always willing to call cab. Cab fare to Universal=28 ea. way, and Sea World=15 ea. way. Cab fare to/from airport =50 ea way Overall, very happy with stay at hotel. Would defintaley reccomend.

Holiday Inn Express was very comfortable, rooms very clean, reception was wonderful with a great attitude. She made us feel welcome. Oh and the breakfast...DELICIOUS! I have already planned another trip and booked Holiday Inn Express. Plus, I have invited my kids and parents this time. I look forward to staying here.

Would definitely stay there again. Quiet, friendly, clean, extremely comfortable beds at a very reasonable price. Unusually nice pool. Didn't use their workout room, but there was one. Very convenient to everything - parks, downtown Disney, restaurants.

Cleaned room and very comfort bed; free ice Good location not far from Disney, and have free shuttle to Disney Overall is good except for breakfast (same types of breakfast everyday; I can't eat it anymore)
