My stay was average. I was traveling to Kendallville for work. I would never stay in that town on my own. I think Holiday Inn's are safe hotels to stay at, as this one was. The hotel was fine, it was the town that it was in that kind-of sucked.

Friendly and handy for what we had to do. By having a pool and spa it was real nice. Problem the road work in and out of hotel. It well be nice once it gets repaired. This hotel has a good location for what we had to do. If needed we would stay there again.

After a stessful day flying 08/12! The check in clerk was less than friendly. They didn't have the room that I booked, we had no choice due to the late flight. Morning clerks & maids were very helpful. Probably wouldn't stay again. Breakfast bar was A +++++

The room was great and clean and the people were friendly and the breakfast was good too. There wasn't nothing reallyI didn't like about. The overall stay thereI enjoyed it. Ithought the staff was friendly and helpful, my room was clean and comfortable andI also like that the hotel is pet friendly becauseI have a dog andI like to travel with. The breakfast was great too andI would go back again.

Very clean and very nice. had trouble renting a movie. Very nice hotel. Breakfast was wounderful. The kids loved the pool. I would probably stay there again.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We had problems with the irons available in the room. Very nice hotel and friendly staff. We had a few small problems were quickly taken care of.

Rooms were clean, comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast area did not have enough seating, pool area very small. I was not sure what to expect with a two star rating. I found the staff courteous and cheerful. We were all pleasantly surprised with the room! It was very clean, and the ac had been turned on so it was comfortable when we arrived. The bedding was soft and plush with lots of pillows, another welcome surprise! While the pool area is quite small, it was nice to have it indoors so we could use it during the inclement weather we experienced. There were plenty of choices for breakfast for our family. Kid friendly cereals, juices, and danishes were a hit with our boys. The adults enjoyed the hardboiled eggs, bagels, toast, oatmeal and waffles etc. The coffee was hot and fresh. We arrived early for breakfast, but noticed those arriving later had difficulty finding a seat. Overall, our family was very pleased with our stay and have decided to return to this hotel on our next trip. I would recommend this hotel to others.
