This hotel is located proximate to the city’s downtown. Within a short drive of the Holiday Inn Express Kelowna guests will be able to explore the shopping area of the city which contains the largest mall in the interior of British Colombia. The hotel also provides close proximity to Okanagan Lake.
From the Holiday Inn Express Kelowna it is approximately 4 miles to the airport. The hotel is also proximate to Highway 97.

We arrived to find out the pool was closed and let me tell you if you have ever traveled with small children you know what I'm talking about with "not" being able to go and swim. When we contacted Orbitz to let them know we were not happy to find out after arriving there was no pool, especially when that was something we specifically searched for when looking into staying here. Orbitz did not help us at all with this, they just explained we were under a "no refund" contract so beware when booking with them because anything can change with the hotel and they don't seem to care when working directly with you. The hotel Manager on the other hand was able to call Orbitz for us and reverse the charges so we could then just settle with the hotel directly and at a better rate because of the incontinences we had experienced. We will never use Orbitz again but we would consider staying at this hotel in the future just based on the customer service from the staff and not to mention giving us water park passes to compensate for the lack of a swimming pool. Hotel all in all was great, thanks to the great staff there.

I like the location, close to shopping and dining. LOVE the duvets on the beds! The Holiday Inn Express in Kelowna is clean, open and bright. It is close to the Orchard Park shopping mall and many family restaurants. They have a good variety in their continental breakfast, so breakfast is quick and easy!

There were numerous high school teams staying at this hotel when we were there- made it impossilbe to find a seat for breakfast, people were standing against walls, and spilling out into the lobby, balancing plates on their laps. NOT a relaxing Sunday morning. The room was very clean, as was the pool, lobby, and hallways. Don't expect a view, there isn't one. We were on the top floor, and I would recommend that. Front desk staff were friendly, but not helpful. Foir example, I asked for a late check out the night before, and the day shift did not know about my request, ended up calling me in my room demanding that I check out!! Location is excellent - many restaurants, shopping very close. Walmart right across the street. It's on an extremely busy street - lots of traffic noise during the day, night-time is fine.

I liked how easy it was to park, check in and easily get to our room. Holiday Inn Express was a great value for our money. We had a quiet room with higher than normal quality bedding, which made for a very comfortable sleep. The bathroom was sparkling clean, which is very important to me and is very telling as to the cleanliness of a hotel. The included breakfast was very good, and had choices of hot foods.

The full breakfast incl. eggs included with stay. Single slow elevator. Very nice good size room with parking, great pillows and a full breakfast included. It's not in the heart of the city but it's on the main highway into Kelowna so easy to find and there are restaurants and stores all around it.

Spacious rooms, mini-fridge, microwave, quality bedding and mattress. The horde of senior travelers "attacking" the continental breakfast bar. We were pleasantly surprised to see the size of the rooms. Very comfortable and quiet. The front desk staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The continental breakfast choice was decent.

Good breakfast and very clean. On a very busy street. It is a good place for families or business travelers as there is a pool and a hot tub. The continental breakfast was very good in a pleasant environment. Good off street parking.

I liked to be able to go online, I don't sleep well and it gave me something to do in the middle of the night I found this hotel to be very nice and had pleasent staff, who in the middle of the night took time to notice me instead of just ignoring me this made me feel at home

Breakfast. We liked everything about this hotel. Holiday Inn Express is just as good in Canada as in the USA -- a phenomenal chain of hotels!
