The hotel is good for the cost - it is a typical Holiday Inn, but the location is perfect! Within one (1) block from a beautiful beach, has a CVS right across the street for quick snacks, ice, drinks. A great bar & a great breakfast spot across the street. Also the complimentary breakfast each morning was WAY more than expected and always fresh and good. The pool was nice, good size and clean. I would go back and recommend to budget minded travelers.

Served the purpose, not a super nice hotel but comfortable and clean. Much much better than the Super 8 that is near by, that was the worse hotel ever stayed at.

Being a priority club member, I selected this hotel ONLY to earn points. Come to find out after-the fact... I'm not eligible for points because I booked thru a travel website. NOT RIGHT !!! Also, they do NOTHING extra for Priority Club members... no morning paper was left, no discount, no express check-out was provided . Our room's front door stuck, and we had to slam into it to get in the room....Our slider door handle was broken and would fall off when we tried to go out to the patio, which was full of litter incl. broken glass, The tub was so old, and dirty looking, the shower head barely spit any water , and the faucet was rusted. Upon check-in, the front clerk was SO UNFRIENDLY I felt I shouldn't be there. We came for a large family wedding and were this not so close I would have moved elsewhere.

This Express was perfect for the h.s. graduation and 18th b.d. that we were in FL to celebrate! It was 5 minutes away from my son's home in Palm Beach Gardens, so we were able to gather there and then go "home" whenever we wanted.....thanks! We'll be back!!

Right across the street from the beach, great continental breakfast, great location. We stayed at this hotel in April of 2009. We had a great experience, the beach is within a 5 minute walk. And a private beach at that. A comfortable king size bed. Plenty of room for the two of us. We had a first floor room, which was very nice. The pool is very clean and the pool area is very comfortable as well. Great place!

This is a hidden gem of a hotel. It is only 1/2 block from the beach. The Juno Beach Pier is less than a mile away. There are many nice golf courses in the area. The desk clerks gave me many options for both golf and dinner after our round. Being the main reason for my visit was business, it is very nice when the wireless internet actually does work in your room. The business center allowed me to print the items I needed to and could not in my room. The breakfast in the morning is fantastic. You have to try the cinnamon rolls. Cinna-bon doesn't do them any better. Being a business traveler, I'm not sure whether I appreciated the pressure from the showerhead or the softness of the towels more. I also have rarely seen a more attentive staff at any hotel. Every single employee acknowledged me whether it was checking in, checking out, having breakfast or just walking the hallway to my room. The Northern Palm Beach area is just an excellent area to stay in, without all the hustle and hassle of the downtown area.

Stayed here as part of Spring Training USA package; disaster. Moldy, damp, unclean, poorly kept only begin to describe the facility. Needs a total makeover including staff. Maid service shoddy at best. Complimentary amenities a nice idea; just no one to deliver them as promised. The shower is a vinyl faux tile number that has mold on the faux grout! The place is a shambles and it seems there is little to no effort to improve things. Front desk staff solicitous, but in no way helpful. Listen to the other reviewers and avoid this place if at all possible. If you have a mold/mildew allergy, you'll definitely suffer.

The rooms were sub-par. Loud and not very clean. They accused of stealing pillows (which we seriously did not) and treated us like common criminals (and charged us a fortune for them). The general manager in inept and rude. Stay here at your own risk.

Hotel was pretty nice but the room a/c was noisy and barely adequate. There was no elevator for the second floor and the only path to the room was an outdoor stairway that was a problem because of very heavy rainstorm that blew across the stairway soaking you while you carried your bags to the room and had to use a card to open the door to the hallway. Other than those things, the place was OK and I would stay there again. Proximity to restaurants that you could walk to was a plus. Included continental breakfast was done nicely.

We arrived to find beer bottles, cigarette butts, and other junk on our crumbling balcony. Asked front desk to send up housekeeping - no one came. Bed linens at first appeared clean, but on further inspection, found MAKEUP on sheets and pillow (below another pillow) Mold in bathroom was the last straw. When we got no satisfaction from the front desk, we checked out and went to another hotel.

The staff seems to be trying to keep it up, but it is a losing battle. The place was clean and near the beach, but it was old. The ceiling in my room was peeling. There was supposed to be wireless internet in every room, but i could never get a strong enough signal to connect. All in all, i would give it a D+.

Very clean, great location, everything you need. There was nothing we didn't like about this hotel. We had a blast at this place, great spot right next to beach, nice places to eat all around the area. Very clean. We would go back for sure and we would recommend this hotel to anyone!

This was an older hotel that had been updated to a moderaltely very comfotable room for the money. It is very close to the beach.

Close to the beach. Great staff. Decent free breakfast. Could have been a little cleaner and slightly less expensive. More attention to detail is in order. The Holiday Inn Express North Palm Beach-Ocean view in Juno Beach, FL was fine for what we were there for. To see a ball game in Jupiter nearby, to shop and dine in West Palm that night (also nearby) and to enjoy the beach the following morning. Room was fine, could have used a little detailing, but was clean enough. Breakfast was hot and free and the staff was great. Would recommend for similar travelers, where the hotel is not the center of your activity.

This hotel is a great hidden secrect on the Florida coast. Free internet, walking distance to restaurants, stores, and the beach! Very freindly staff, very generous free breakfast. Clean big room, good desk, and chair. Nice pool, and exercise room. Short drive to nature preserves. What more do you need?
