When we checked into the Holiday Inn Express our room was changed from one to another so there was a little wait, then when we found our room the hallway was full of staff cleaning rooms, etc. which seemed a little strange since it was 5 p.m. in the evening. When the maid made our bed the second day the bottom sheet did not fit the bed and it kept coming off the mattress during the night. The romm was very nice and clean and had a very large and roomy bathroom. The morning breakfast buffet was very nice. We have stayed there before as have other family members, it just did not seem up to par this time. Some of the rooms had the morning paper by their door, ours did not, and I wondered why but did not ask, just picked one up at the desk when I went down for coffee.

Clean, efficient and friendly. I found the hotel to meet all of my needs as a business traveler. I have stayed here twice and would recommend it to all business travelers.

This was one of the most comfortable hotels I've stayed in! The bed, sheets and pillows were great. They gave you 4 pillows per bed, both with "soft" and "firm" labled on the pillow cases.The room was clean, the toiletries were very nice, towels thick, and a "rain" shower head. The hotels was centrally located not far from convenient highways and had many stores and restaurants nearby. A great stay!

Pool and Hot Tub was nice. The only issue was that they ran out of Towels but they did bring some as soon as they had them. Breakfast was good and room was very nice.

Very clean and a great free breakfast. I can't think of anything. We loved it! Great hotel, great location. We traveled all over Rochester and all roads led us right back! There was a Target right next store, an IHOP right in the parking lot and every restaurant imaginable on the same road and within a mile.

The hotel was great because it was close to everything - downtown to see the Rochester Redwings Baseball, or head SeaBreeze Park, easy to get on expressways to hit the Finger Lakes wine tours and many other fun excursions. The hotel was quite nice and very affordable. Good continental Breakfast always a bonus! Kids loved playing in the pool to burn off steam, Mom and Dad enjoyed the workout room to keep fit.

My husband and I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express IRONDEQUOIT because it was fairly near my sister's house. The rooms were nice and soundproofing seemed to be good as we did not hear much from other guests or the highway. The king-sized bed was comfortable and we had several types of pillows to choose from. The buffet breakfast had a lot of choices. The room had a desk, good lighting, a refrigerator and wireless (though we did not take advantage of the wireless).

Location by highway, shopping locations was a plus. Breakfast wasnice. Room and pool nice. Hot tub did not work 1 night; too hot to use other night.

The hotel was easy to find and their were plenty of eateries and stores in the area. The hotel has many amenities and the rooms were a nice size with comfortable beds. The only downside I thought there was - there could be a little more atteniton made to cleaning. There were some missed spots in our room and in some common areas.

The beds were comfortable. The people above us made a lot of noise at night and we heard thumping above. We needed a place to stay in Rochester to bring my son to Rochester University. it served it's purpose and I liked the location of the hotel and my other two sons enjoyed the pool.

This was my first stay. I was very satisfied with everything. The rooms were nice and clean.The employee at the desk was so helpful and polite. He was a pleasure to deal with. I would stay there again.

The room was large, comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and we did not have to wait more than 5 minutes for checking. The location was ideal : a few steps from IHOP our favorite place for a good breakfast.

Bed comfort. Internet friendly. Swimming pool. Friendly place. Actually nothing bad to say. I really like this hotel we stayed there before. The breakfast is great. Beds are really comfortable. Help is really informed. Will stay here the next time we are in area.

Location to family. Entrance was confusing. Access road near shopping plaza. It was clean, bright, quiet and friendly. It's what we needed.
