The staff was very friendly, professional and truly tried to make your stay pleasant. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom needed better maintenance. The room amenities were more than adequate. Over all we had a good stay and a good breakfast.

Very easy to find. Unprofessional staff that has no regard for customer service. The hotel itself was decent. Staff was ride and lacked job knowledge procedural knowledge and could not handle mistakes to save their life!

I found this hotel to be fabulous! They are pet friendly and they mean it. I noticed that some people did not clean up after their dogs in the parking lot and it really bothers me. It was so great to stay at such a nice place I would hate for that to be spoiled for those of us who are responsible by thoughtless owners who don't respect the environment and other guests by cleaning up after their pets. Maybe a clearly defined pet area outside with bags would help. I look forward to returning with my dog. Thanks for a great stay for my dog and I!

The Holiday Inn Express, Richmond/Innsbrook was very nice and had the safety and business amenities that I was looking for. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The mattress was a little hard but other than that everything was just great. Friendly staff, nice lounge area for complimentary breakfast and to meet other guests.

Quiet, close to highway and shopping areas. House keeping knocked in the morning even when privacy sign posted outside the door.

Overall, stay was satisfactory. Door to room stuck and you had to ensure it closed upon entering or leaving. Breakfast--they needed to keep cold drinks cooler.

Stayed at Holiday Inn Express Innsbrook 06/15-16 while visiting daughter at University of Richmond. Easy access from I-64.. Clean, modern hotel with helpful staff at front desk. Good extended Continental Bkfst. Room was clean and quiet. Will definitely stay there again.

The holiday inn express @ innsbrook is okay for a short trip. We only needed a place to stay for our shopping trip...but a workout room would have been nice.

Poor customer service. The sprinkler head started dripping and the maintenance staff just walked in our room without knocking. (twice)

This was my first stay at the Holiday Inn Express and I was very much impressed with the cleanliness and spacious room and bathroom as this was one of my main concerns. Enjoyed having breakfast in the dining area. Good selection of pastries, cereal, fruit, etc. Also, I appreciate the fact that pets were allowed as I was traveling with my Yorkie. The Hotel is well located in a good neighborhood with easy access to I-64 and main roads and restaurants and the service is excellent.

nice hotel, but details were lacking. the computer in the lobby did not work (no printer, no internet), and the staff had no desire to address the issues.
