Waited in line for a half hour to check in, When i got to the desk (check-in time is 4 pm) AT 5 pm they stated that my 2 queen bed room was not available yet please have a seat we will call you when its ready...after another half hour went back up to the check-in desk to be told they would not know when my room would be available..But told me i could have a double bed room without waited forever in the noisy lobby.. So after taking a lower class room with no discount I toke my bored kids to the pool, that stunk like pee..and was very dirty. Complained to the front desk to be told the manager would give me a call in my room, after talking to the very rude manager I got my express check-out under my door to see the managers 11 pm call (waking me up) was charged to my room as a long distance call..Would not recommend this hotel for my dog....

Spaciousness, breakfast, pool. The bed was less comfortable than desired, no jacuzzi. Very pretty and spacious.

Great hotel but a good 40 train trip into downtown Chicago so be aware when booking here

We were stranded at O'Hare (what's new?), and had good experiences with Holiday Inn Express before. Not disappointed. They have a convenient shuttle from the airport. Nice, clean rooms--not fancy but fresh and in good condition. Very helpful gal, at front desk pointed out dining and desperation (no luggage) shopping options.

Very nice hotel. Rooms were very clean and nicely furnished. Hotel appears to have been recently remodeled. Would definitely stay again. Only negative is paying an extra 14.00 per day parking but still cheaper than other hotels in the area. Also shuttle service to airport only runs from 6 AM to 10 PM.

awsome hotel ...if your a non smoker ,...they advertised non smoking rooms available , which to me means there are some smoking rooms..

Extremely comfortable and friendly. Everything at hotel was terrific - O'Hare airport is the difficult part. Excellent rooms and friendly staff at all hours of the day and night for travelers from O'Hare Airport in Chicago.

This hotel is so close to the airport, the planes are on their direct descent about 100 ft above your head all the time! I couldn't believe how close it was! It was very nice and clean. Their pool area was awesome for my 2 yo son. They had a kiddie pool complete with water fountains that you can run through. He loved it! After I bought some ear plugs at the local Target, I slept like a baby. Overall, it was a good stay.

I liked the ease in finding the hotel, it great location to Allstate Arena ,the pool, and breakfast bar. I travel a great deal and think 16.00 to park in an unsecured lot is ridiculous. That was biggest complaint at breakfast from all guests. Hotel clean, breakfast bar nice, pool clean, great location, easy to find, but think $16.00 to park your own car in unsecured lot a rip-off. A hotel this nice doesn't need to diminish itself by charging so much to park. Every guest was talking about it at breakfast the next morning. Get rid of this negative item. Would recommend hotel. Staff very friendly. No towels in pool though even after calling front desk 3 times and going to front desk twice.

This is an excellent place to stay before taking off at O'Hare airport. It's close, and the shuttle service is convenient. Rooms are spacious and new and very comfortable. The only improvement would be an actual restaurant in the hotel - the restaurant next door handles room service and is mediocre at best. For convenience and comfort we will stay here again.

Generakky a very good hotel but the room 219 allocated to me had two large aidrconditioning units just outside the window which made it impossible for me to have restful sleep. Otherwise this is a very good hotel.

Excellent soft comforters. No hot tub, plus extra fee for parking. Very good, nice room, comfortable bedding, clean, friendly helpful staff, nice workout room very good. With a hot tub it would be excellent.

Enjoyed my 2-day stay. Hotel overall and rooms are clean, beds very comfortable.Nice features: Gym well equipped, nice pool (both open 24hrs), good breakfast, pleasant staff.Only negatives: Had to pay 16 per day for parking, could never get the WiFy to work, heater somewhat noisy and turns on and off every 5 min.

The hotel told us that we could have received free parking with our hotel room and at a cheaper cost if we had not booked the room through Orbitz. After telling us this, they would not give us any assistance to help get a better deal. Not happy with either Orbitz or the hotel. Greg Stern

It was near O'Hare airport. There was a $16 charge for parking. The hotel was clean and well kept. The employees were friendly and helpful. The shuttle did not run 24 hours, it started at 5:00 am. The charge for parking was unnecessary. The cost was reasonable only because of Priceline.

Paying $16 a day for parking is ridiculous. Not quite sure why parking is not included with the price of the hotel, but it sure didn't make any sense.
