We were VERY disappointed in the Brenham location. Holiday Inn's is always our first choice in hotels. The location in Crocket,TX is a wonderful hotel. The staff member at the front desk at your Brenham location was EXCEPTIONALLY friendly and helpful.The room looked nothing like the other king jacuzzi suites we have stayed in, it was much smaller out dated and was not very clean. We could not enjoy the pool due to the fact an employees friends and/or family were there. The out door hot tub was very dirty with dead bugs and debris. We are not looking for anything free or discounted, we own a business and would appreciate someone telling us about these problems.

Friendly responsive staff, very clean room. There was no wait for check in. Light was out in the room and maintenance immediately responded. Room was very clean.

The drapes did not close out the street lighting outside, very annoying. The Air Conditioner was so loud it woke us up all night long coming on and off. Very little rest.

It was very nice to actually be able to stay at a hotel with no problems. We have stayed at a couple of different hotel chains with multiple issues,ranging from no hot water or air conditioning to dirty rings left in the bathtub.It was just refreshing to have clean towels and an ample supply of amenities. Convenience, Continental breakfast, clean, smoking room did not smell bad. No clock, someone else's socks and belongings in dresser, light bulb missing. At check out, I reported the things I did not like to hotel management and they ordered an inspection of the room. It was a nice room.

Stayed 11 Nights at this wonderful Hotel. Decorated with the highest quality designer decor.Absolutely beautiful and immaculate rooms, lobby, pool, and public areas. Great breakfast, fantastic variety. Fantastic Staff who are so welcoming, and ensure every request is fulfilled to your satisfaction. The hotel was filled to capacity during my visit, and the Mgr. & his staff made sure everything ran smoothly. We were treated unbelieveably well. Everything about this property is more than ""First Class"". You are going to love staying here, we Certainly Did!!!

Nice rooms and the beds were so comfortable. Nothing everything was fine. It just felt very clean. I like when they have a sheet on top and bottom of the duvet. You know the bedspreads aren't washed every time and it just seems so clean when they make the beds that way.

The Mgmt.& Staff is just terrific. Exceed every expectation of a professional, yet warm and welcoming hotel. Great breakfast and plenty of it. Great pool and hot tub, exercise room. Wonderful Business center. The rooms are so plush, new decor, elegant, fabuouose bedding, and sooo comfortable. This facility is top rate. Warm, inviting, immaculate. Everyone insures your stay will be a memorable experience. I stay here 22 nights a year when traveling. Never disappointing. Each trip better than the last. You will love this property.

I stay here 22 nights every year. Consistent high quality .The Mgmt.& Staff ensure everything is First Class.& Well maintaned rea. The Bedding is new, fresh,so comfortable.Room totally redecorated. The rooms extremely comfortable with every amenity possible included. Sparkling pool and hot tub.Breakfast delicious and huge variety.. The Mgmt. Staf make sure you are welcomed each day, and provide everything to make your stay the most enjoyable. The BEST Holiday Inn Express I've stayed in, and I travel extensibly. Great value for the price. You will really enjoy your stay here!!!

Bed was very nice and soft with pillow top. Had to fix the toilet since it kept running after chain dropped off? Staff was never at front desk - had to wait at check in and check out.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. No dinning on the premises. Our stay was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating Bottle water and fresh cookies were made available to the guest daily free of charge. The hotel was clean and accessible to shopping and downtown Brenham We would return.
