My mother and I were visiting my sister in the hospital. We needed a safe, comfortable place to stay. The staff was kind, efficient, and friendly. Breakfast was very nice. We will stay here again the next time we visit. My mother doesn't like Holiday Inn, but she said she will definately stay here again when in the area. She may re-assess her feelings about Holiday Inn.

We took our two grandchildren to The Great Smokey Mountian Railroad excursion and searched hard for a hotel that would accomodate our needs. We tried to get a room with two queen beds, but were too late (two weeks before trip), so we took a king bed with sofa sleeper(more costly). The children were small, so the beds worked out fine, except we had to ask for bedding for the sofa sleeper and had to make the bed ourselves. The room was very clean, up-to-date, and comfortable. We were concerned about the bed, with our back problems, but it proved to be quite comfortable and they gave us a room on the first floor, so it was very quiet. Because we were close to the lovely breakfast room, we did not need to make coffee, which was good as there was no coffee provided in our room. This was the only negative which certainly was very minor. The breakfast room was supplied with fresh fruit, cereals, pastries and very good coffee. It was serviced constantly, the room was large and comfortable, and it had a large fireplace surrounded by leather couches, chairs and lovely rug. We would stay there again and now feel comfortable in going to other Holiday Inn Express hotels in other cities.

This was our first time at a Holiday Inn Express in a while. We were pleasantly surprised! The front desk staff was very friendly and professional. We had a nice sized room which was very clean and comfortable. The big thick bath towels, and primium bed linnens were very much appreciated. Additionally, the in-room coffee and other perks were of a good guality. Lastly, the breakfast was a cut above what I would have expected. Very good, fresh breakfast items for a quick and healthy breakfast before getting back on the road.

Enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Express. Very accommodating and great breakfast selection. We felt very secure with tv surviellance in the front desk and several offices and only the front door could be used for entry.
