Hotel and staff were friendly. Breakfast was good for a breakfast bar. We had 4 adults in the room, that we paid for and only had 3 towels. It was out of the way of most standard restaurants (Applebees, Ruby Tuesdays), all were 6-8 miles away. Beds were VERY comforable. Had a microwave and fridge in the room.

It was very clean and the breakfast was kept up through the end. Had room close to the front. The staff was loud early in the morning and could be heard. I was traveling with my family. They forgot to check the microwave when cleaning. There was a bag of popcorn that was left. Other than that the room was great. It was close to the front desk. The staff as they got ready in the morning for the breakfast were singing and loud. Woke my husband up way early. I was very pleased with the beds. The best pillows I have had at a hotel stay.

The Holiday Inn Express in Shreveport, LA exceeded our expectations. The crisp linens, fluffy pillows, and comfortable mattress made for a peaceful rest. The friendly front desk staff members were very polite and accomodated our additional needs. The hotel is located in an industrial area, but is very close to the airport and has great freeway access. We plan to stay there again.

The cleanliness. A little too pricey. We actually stayed for convenience of location at this hotel, but the location and all the amenities made it a very pleasant trip. The kids were able to move about easily and the staff was very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

The Holiday Inn Express was very clean! Staff were friendly and helpful! We needed directions to an area attraction and the desk manager was very helpful, and even told us to call if we got lost!

Brand new. Gave away our two beds gave us uncomfortable king, on trip with co-worker sharing bed awkward-got no sleep. Beautiful facilities. I could not sleep in bed- could feel springs, having to share bed with co-worker and not wake them up with constant tossing and turning led to laying in painful position as long as I could stand it before turning. I was angered that we checked in at 3:15 and the standard 2-bed room. Staff was really nice.

Excellent accommodations; enjoyed the complimentary continental breakfast; only observation - & it is not a complaint since the hotel is new & probably has construction still underway - is that better lighting & signage would have been helpful to the traveler in the rental car, as I was trying to locate the hotel, which I understood was near the entrance to the airport, but which I drove by several times before locating it. Overall, nice comfortable bed, neat bath facilities and computer hook-ups made for a very pleasant visit.
