It's cleanliness, and good breakfast included. I liked that they renewed the towels daily as some hotels have stopped doing this because of the environment. No refrigerator in the room. It was a pleasant stay for us while in Edmonton, AB.

Cleanliness was good. Clean and spacious rooms with modem available in each room. Cable TV and plentiful movie rentals available. An ironing board, iron and hair dryer were provided. A small business room with internet connection and computer was located in the same area as the pool and hot tub.

Hotel should put something fomr romantic like put on bed decoration. I don't like view close traffic behind the hotel and want something more quiet and more beautiful view than traffic. They need put for capital close TV for deaf or hearing impairment also they have to right away can help and communication with deaf/hearing impairment. Also they should put each hotel for TTY in lobby if they need phone or etc, make fair for other hearing peoples so what's about turn for deaf/hearing impairment, too.

Friendly staff fairly cleans accommodations, enjoyable stay. Rooms could have been a little cleaner (but overall were alright). I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Although, the room I stayed in could have been a little cleaner? Compared to some places I've stayed, it wasn't too bad but I think one of the biggest priorities in this business should be cleanliness. But all in all it was decent.

Great pool, very nice room, great continental breakfast. One elevator, quite slow. I chose this hotel for its location and that was excellent. The service was wonderful.

I thought the pool/hot tub area was great. Not the usual mugginess. Scrambled eggs made from water. We had a very enjoyable stay, the room was quiet, convenient to the west Ed, temperature of room was great and the breakfast in the morning was very good overall.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Not the hotel but the cab service at the hotel. The rooms were bright and clean and every person we had any kind of dealings with or questions of ,were so very helpful and friendly.

I really liked free good breakfast at hotel that is wonderful. I do not like it when the poor people (beggars) asked for money outside. Beautiful hotel with nice and friendly staff that I really enjoyed to stay for a week.

Very close to West Edmonton Mall. Another guest mentioned that the pool was puked in that day while we were in the pool. Clean and nice, and close to West Edmonton Mall.

Great location. Could use some facial improvements. We have stayed at this hotel on many occasions and will continue. The personnel have always been friendly and helpful.

I like the location and it was clean. The front desk staff, with the exception of one gentleman was quite rude and not at all helpful. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone because of the front desk staff. The continental breakfast was also much less than I expected in comparison to other hotels.
