easy to check in, great location to airport, shuttle service to many locations, close to ferry service, friendly staff, great breakfast, very clean and one more nice touch was cookies in the afternoon and coffee and tea 24 hrs. i have traveled alot, this hotel and staff were wonderful.

The room was very clean, and the staff was excellent. The pool and hot tub are a little on the small side. And there is no restaurant in hotel. Conveniently close to the airport only about 1 mile away, shuttle to take you anywhere within a 5 mile radius of the hotel itself. The staff was excellent with anything i needed or any questions i had. The rooms were very clean and looked newly redecorated.

This hotel is spotlessly clean and attractive. The room we had was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast room looked more like a warm and inviting living room in a large home.

I had an injured dog with me. The staff was very helpful and changed my room to a first floor room at the quiet end of the building. Pet policy states a reimbursable room charge of 50 for pets. The staff did not put me through the hassle of charging my card and reversing it in the morning. The housecleaning staff would simply inspect the room when requested. The front desk staff where also very helpful with directions and all other requests. The free breakfast had many choices hot and cold and was superior to most other hotels' breakfasts.

It was wonderful, clean well maintained. Great spread for the free breakfast. Pool was too cold and jacuzzi was a bit over hot. But other than that it was great!

The hotel was clean and comfortable; the staff was very courteous and helpful. The ammenities were superb, the business center came in handy and the breakfast/TV viewing area is spectacular. Would recommend to anyone.

I stayed here on a trip to Providence and Wariwck for two days for an event. It is your basic business express hotel, but the room was large and everything was very clean and neat. The free breakfast was not great - some green bananas and other fruit and cereal - nothing warm other than toast you could make yourself. But the room was nice and the hotel is very convenient from the airport or I-95. The price was reasonable and I would easily stay here again.

Comfortable and big room. Nothing. Hotel was great, easy to find. Room was bigger than expected, bathroom was spacious as well. Beds were comfortable. Overall, great experience.

When first arriving in my room the room temperature was very high. I contacted hotel staff at the front desk and they immediately came to the room. The problem could not be fixed at that time so they gave me another room right away. Great job!

It's new. The dining room was beautiful and facilities immaculate. No late night dining options nearby. Sparkling and new, with everything you need for a great night of sleep with clean facilities. Great for travelers who need a room near the Providence (T.F. Green) Airport in Warwick, RI.

Great location, easy access to hwy and airport. Staff was extremely helpful with directions and restaurant selection. Also the delivery of the The Providence Journal and USA Today to the room every morning was a nice touch.

Easy access to highway. Room was clean. Air conditioner was so loud; we had to stuff tissues in our ears. Let me tell you, this room stunk-even the towels smelled of smoke.

We were very pleased with the hotel. Had everything we needed, good price, wonderful rooms, extremely accomodating. We would deffinitely recommend this hotel to a friend. When in Warwick next time, we will stay there again.

Pleasing interior design, well appointed rooms, friendly staff, choice of pillow firmness. Breakfast bar could be a little better. The best Holiday Inn Express I've stayed at. I will be back in April and if the prices have not gone up dramatically, I'll be there.

The Holiday inn express in Warwick RI was excellent in all categories. The neighborhood was good and very close access to the interstate. The room was very large with two comfortable chairs, a couch, and a desk area. The room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was very comfortable and very large. The staff and management were very helpful. The were quick to help out with directions. The complimentary breakfast was extensive and the breakfast staff kept replenishing things as they started to get low. The Holiday Inn Express was very dog friendly. The maintenace staff and the housekeeping staff were also very helpful. The were quick to explain where the outside dog area was located and how to access it. The grounds were neat and well groomed. The access to the Interstate was very close and easy to access.

Nice big public meeting space in lower level. There really wasn't anything that bothered us. The only bad thing about it was that there weren't any restaurants in the immediate area, although there are some like around 2 or 3 miles from it. It didn't bother us to drive to eat, but maybe it might bother someone else.

Efficient registration and polite employees/continental breakfast was well done. The location of this hotel was extremely accessible to rte 95. Rooms were very clean and fresh without "motel odor" often associated with places close to airports. I would stay there again.
