Convenience & quality for the area I was visiting. The room carpeting had a stickiness to it, which I had experienced there before and the pool was not open. This is the nicest hotel in the Wake Forest area and has nice rooms, pleasant staff and a very good breakfast buffet.

I came to Raleigh for a major surgery. My choice of a hotel was very important because I knew I would have a lot of downtime in which I might be sore and miserable and the factors of comfort and quiet were extremely important. I got both comfort and quiet at the Holiday Inn Express. The floor I stayed on was non-smoking and while there were other designated floors that did allow smoking, I never once detected the odor of cigarette smoke during my stay. That was a big plus. The pillows were an assortment of "soft" and "firm" and the beds were comfortable. The room was clean and very quiet during my stay. My family members stayed with me and raved about the complimentary breakfast, citing how there was a vast selection of items to choose from, enough to suit all tastes and dietary preferences and all very delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful...very genuine and sincere. If the Holiday Inn offered specials to frequent travelers like myself (traveling because of medical issues that can be treated only in Raleigh), I would sign up right away. I've stayed at other hotels in the area before but was so very pleased with this one that I had to write a review and let others know about it.

This is the nicest hotel in the area. The building is relatively new, the staff is super friendly, the rooms are very clean, and the rates are reasonable.

Clean room, friendly service, good breakfast buffet. No entrance on main highway. This hotel met our expectations in every way. My husband and in-laws (separately) had stayed here previously and experienced the same service. The only drawback regarding location is there is no entrance from the main highway and it is a little difficult to figure out how to get to it and it is via a dark road at night.

Lovely room, helpful, and friendly people. It was a great hotel in a convenient location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, clean, and well-appointed. The complimentary breakfast was more than I expected, and the lady maintaining it was lovely and friendly. Overall, it was a great hotel.

Met each request with professionalism and promptness. Vending machines not well stocked, staff had no impute on how to meet needs. Clean and reliable as far as the room went. Complimentary breakfast was OK, could be upgraded with little changes, fresh waffles and fruit. Staff has information for local eateries and shopping but you need to ask, was not given out until the last day of our stay, could be offered at check in.

Convenience and features. Pool was outdoor. Excellent for business or overnight leisure travelers. Not what you would want for an extended stay, although it could accommodate one. Overall, I was pleased and would stay there again.

Very Clean, Friendly Staff and Good location for where I went. Nothing. The hotel was nicer than expected. Very clean, nice spacious room, very comfortable beds. Friendly Staff, willing to help with any questions or concerns.

The people working at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. The smell of cigarette smoke in the hall ways. My room was very fresh smelling however. I was traveling with out my husband and they made me feel safe and welcome. The room was clean and comfortable. The maid service was wonderful. The front desk was helpful and accommodating.
