Met all of my expectations. Nothing located nearby except Chili's and Denny's. The complimentary breakfast was better than at most comparable hotels. Hotel is clean. Location is ok, there's nothing exciting in the nearby vicinity, but it's located right off of the highway. Area seems really safe. About 10 minutes to Lake Canandaigua and 40 minutes to Seneca Falls.

We travel to this area about four times yearly, and have always stayed here, with one exception. We always know that the hotel will be clean and everything in good repair; however, it is the wonderful staff that makes this particular Holiday Inn stand out. They are very professional and extremely helpful. We always like to do day trips to new areas of the Finger Lakes Region, and the front desk staff consistently come up with new suggestions and detailed directions to a lot of interesting places that we would never find on our own. Again, it is always a pleasant stay for us.

Cleanliness, big rooms, nice breakfast buffet. Lack of towels in pool area. Rooms were big and comfortable, allot of TV channels, extremely clean and I would recommend this location to others.

The Holiday Inn Express is obviously a new facility as it is clean, has many amenities at a reasonable price, and has spacious, clean rooms with high, firm beds, and many comforts. The included breakfast was a nice perk.

the privacy of the pool area-away from the rooms. the size of the hot tub was nice. it would have been nice if pool area opened earlier than 10:00

The staffing. Overall, a very nice stay - I have used this facility on several occasions during work with Hartzler' Tours! Great staff.
