This hotel is very new and clean. The morning breakfast was included in the price of the stay and is very fresh and well tended. The rooms were spacious and well decorated. The bathroom was clean and the shampoo and conditioner provided were actually pretty good.

Clean rooms and lobby. The health club - broken treadmills and no weights! Over all it was an ok hotel - the pool and weight room left much to be desired but it had good hot breakfasts.

Continental Breakfast. I wish there was more smoking rooms. Excellent Location and well run business. Well organized staff.

The beds were excellent. Just at the North end of Vernon and the location felt safer than right in the city. The rooms were well appointed and the beds were extremely comfortable. We will stay here again. Highly recommend The Phoenix Steak house, both for quality of food and excellent service.

Clean room; fair to good free breakfast. Swimming pool too heavily laced with chlorine. Could not use! Over all good. Unusable pool or hot tub. Pool water reeked of chlorine. Rooms were clean as was the hotel in general.
