The look of this hotel is nice, the entrance and inside areas are well kept. Unfortunately the front desk staff who checked me in was extremely unfriendly. I then got to my room to see that the desk chair and the sitting chair both had rips in them and were very dirty. I did however sit on the bed and they have the Tempur-Pedic mattresses so that was a pleasant surprise. My bathroom had mold around the edge of the tub. I used the workout facility and the bike was almost unusable as you had to stick your hand through electrical equipment to make it turn on. I travel a lot and this is not a place I would choose to stay again.

It was close to my business destination. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The parking spaces were too narrow. Overall a very nice experience. I would book another stay there should the opportunity arise.

Friendly employees. Not the cleanest place I've stayed in. The room smelled like stale smoke. A little febreez would have taken care of this. Also a little scrubbing could have helped on the floors in the bathroom. Corners and tile grout was a bit dingy and dirty. Overall the room was excellent for our purpose, shopping at Canton, Texas for First Monday Trade Days which we did not get to do because it rained. But we did hit the mall in Tyler. Beds were comfortable and made with clean linens. Towels and extras in bathroom were ample. Probably would stay again.

The beds were nice an new. Tt smelled moldy. The place was not as nice. The pool was out of order.

Location in Tyler was nice & breakfast provided with room. 1st room we were given had black mold on tub faucet. Overall thought hotel was fair. Have stayed in other Holiday Inn Express hotels that were cleaner. Color scheme was dark & drab. Hotel staff were very nice about changing our room that had moldy faucet, but the next room was not all that great either in bathroom. Tyler must have mold problem!

Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean. Even doing repainting a couple rooms down from the roomI stayed in. Overall the hotel was clean and nice.I was expecting a larger bathtub but that wasnt the case and the toilet was very loud when flushed.
