The front desk staff was very accomodating. The entrance was difficult to find.

The hotel was by no means horrible...BUT...there were a lot of little things that made it questionable as to whether or not we would stay there again. The hotel room was clean and nice, but not so over the top, and different from your everyday hotel room, given the extra money we paid thinking it would be. The hallway had a wet and musty smell. It was bad. There is only one elevator right in the middle of the hotel, so if you enter the building from either side you still have to walk all the way to the middle, not a biggie, but just a little annoying. The pool closes at 10 and given the intense heat in Modesto, that kind of sucked...the t.v got very few channels, and some of the shower curtain hooks were coming off, not to mention given the akward shape of the curtain bar, it was very hard to pull it closed. The room has a fridge, but it didn't get that cold. The entrance is hard to notice, it's between two gas stations so you have to look out for the sign and the building. Overall it's a good/decent hotel, and clean, and they have a nice brekfast too, but I just don't know about the extra price. .Like I said, just a bunch of little things, but they all added up to the fact that we are going back to the area this weekend, and looking to stay in a different hotel.

It was quiet and clean. Right next to the freeway, so it's convenient for business travelers. The neighborhood in which it's located is not very nice and I wouldn't have felt safe walking to any restaurants.

I liked the linens. White, soft, and fluffy. The view. We had a pleasant stay. The linens were nice. Everything was as it should be. The area was so, so, right next to the freeway with view of two gas stations. Inside the hotel it was lovely and quiet.
