we visited relatives , went to Niagara Falls, and Paramount Wonderland. We would have enjoyed the two queen bedroom suite, but was not availble at the time I booked. I have to do laundry and there was only tiny room for that with no sitting area. The pool was much too small not good for lap swimming. The breakfast was acceptable to good with 24 hr coffee availability. I would definitely recommend this place. also, nonsmoking is a plus.

Clean, fresh, new modern rooms. The hotel exceeded my wildest expectations. From arriving at the front desk greeted by a pleasant desk clerk, to my comfortable room - complete with laminate flooring directly inside the doorway. A large flat screen TV, high speed internet access and a wonderful pillow top bed - made my stay 5 stars!

We were wowed from the get go! Pet fee at $50 is unrealistic. An excellent hotel with oversize rooms. Loved the pillows that indicate firm or soft. This is one of the NEW Holiday Inn Express & Suites and they need to stop being modest about their breakfast program. They advertise a cinnamon muffin but in fact there is a hot and cold breakfast, complete with cheese omelets, bacon etc. There were at least 4 staff keeping the food full and fresh plus cleaning up the tables. A nice option was the, foam & plastic or china & silver for food service. Holiday Inn has set the bar to a new level of service.

Free full breakfast, omelettes, bacon, danish. Beautiful brand new hotel. Full free hot breakfast in the morning! Saltwater pool. they have pillows that are embroidered as either soft or firm!
