The staff was very courteous and catered to our needs. The facilities were very clean and presented and warm feeling. I would definitely stay here again. The staff was great, the location convenient to shopping, the highway, and family, and the room was just what we needed for our family. Thanks.

I went to texas to meet my sweetie and it was great. She set up the reservation after inspecting the facility. The food at the breakfast was very ample, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were very clean, the a/c worked great and the parking lot is very convenient. We had a great time there and are thinking of staying there again just to reminisce our first romantic interlude.

My experience was very good. I had a late check-in and found our room neat and clean with adequate towels and a nice screen T.V. The location is excellent with minimum road noise. This made it easy to get on Highway 45 and head north toward The Woodlands or south to the airport. The breakfast was excellent and the hot food was continually replenished. This save us time and $20 each day because it was so good. Many times I pass on a free breakfast because it is poor quality coffee and a stale danish or muffin.

Clean and convenient. Elevators were too far from lobby - long walk. Convenient location with clean rooms and a friendly staff. I would stay at this location again.

Comfortable bed and pillows, large counter in bathroom and good water pressure. Steam iron did not steam. Quiet room, even though it was next to the highway. Easy to locate and beautiful carpeting in hallways. Breakfast was good and choices varied on the two days we were there. Friendly, helpful staff at the front desk. I would stay here again.

The Holiday Inn Express was very comfortable,the room was a nice size the bed was great.The bath room was clean and nice size.The Hotel staff was friendly and helpful.The pool was small and to noise.The Hotel was too far from the nice shops and restaurants of the woodlands.

Bed was so comfortable and they allowed pets. We only stayed for one night but the bed was very comfortable. They staff was nice. Most importantly they allowed pets to stay. Very important to us. Overall a very nice stay, and experience.

the staff were excellent and friendly. The facility was handicapped accessable and very family friendly, I really liked the way the rooms were set up I could get my wheelchair all around the room

The gal behind the desk. Ash tray in a non smoking room. Our experience was awful. We were told that this is a non smoking hotel. The room that we were given reeked of cigerette smoke. There was even an ash tray in this room. I am allergic and had to leave because no other rooms were available. Luckily, even though this was after 10 at night and I was exhausted, the hotel next door had real non smoking rooms available.

The bedding was cool, crisp, soft and luxurious. We felt like we were floating on a cloud as we floated off to sleep. The experience was like staying in a five star hotel room. My husband enjoyed the larger variety on the complimentary breakfast and we both felt that the hotel was very clean.

Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful; breakfast was great. The breakfast/kitchen was too small and laid out poorly. No more than two people could serve themselves at a time. With exception to the small confined breakfast serving area, this hotel met all of my expectations. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Was very satisfied with the hotel. Found everyone very friendly and willing to answer our questions. Rooms were very comfortable, enjoyed the firm & soft pillows on the beds.The breakfast was very good. A wide selection of food and all hot. The host always keep the area clean and supplied.

The rooms were very clean. The pool area was quite small; too many children unattended. This is a nice hotel to stay in with your children on a trip. The room was spacious and clean; it was conveniently located to the interstate and areas of interest. I would definitely recommend it.

Close location to malls, nightlife and outdoor pavillion. Not really a complaint but it would be nice to have a shuttle to the Pavillion area. This hotel is very convenient to the proximity to the woodlands community. We were staying there for a concert at the Pavillion and were very pleased at closeness and ease of the interstate. I would recommend this hotel for the business traveler also. They have very nice meeting rooms and can accommodate nice presentations.

Very clean with nice rooms and a great staff. Wished they had an indoor spa. It was very easy to find and the work staff was very nice and organized. Rooms were nice, I enjoyed the stay and will stay there again if I go back.

Good central location for my needs. Difficult to get to from south bound lanes. Breakfast was supposed to be at 7:00am. At 7:30, about 30 people were waiting at tables for the hot food. At 7:45 I left with an apple.
