1 i asked for and was confirm a king size bed i got 2 qeens2 the bathroom was dirty3 the phones did not work i told the front desk 2 times what if there was a fire???4 it took 10 miniutes to check in5 the room was dirty6 the toilet was dirty7 there was hair in the shower8 walls in the room were dirty9 asked for a wake up call never got one.

First floor extension waseasy to get to, price was good. Smoke smell, rug looked well used, ice maker loud. It was better than expected, employees were very helpful, breakfast was good. Nice price.

This is a nice clean hotel right off the interstate. The rate I paid was very reasonable for everything included. The desk staff was friendly and helpful. Free internet was great!

The fact that the room was equipped with microwave and refrigerator. The bed was horrible, it is too stiff. The room was moderate. The bed is not good unless you are used to sleeping on the floor, was not comfortable at all. The staff definitely needs to work on being informative about the hotel and a little bit more friendly. Housekeeping staff needs to learn to clean rooms much better also.

Complimentary hot and cold breakfast was excellent. Some noise from children but still acceptable. Personnel were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really excellent and enjoyed by all. Parking was convenient. It is a good place to stop and stay.

Nice breakfast. This time, the room was not as clean as I would have liked. I stay at this hotel frequently. It has a good location off the highway and has a good (free) breakfast. This stay, the room was not as clean as I would have liked. The previous guest must have shaved, as there was hair all over the faucet and mirror. Other than that, it was a good stay and I will return to the hotel.

Breakfast was good and plentiful. Enjoyed staying here, close to shopping plaza for picking up items I forgot, and also close to a myriad of restaurants. One of the exercise machines was broken-told the front desk who made a note for maintenance. Otherwise, a great experience at a nice hotel!

The shower was absolutely amazing, as was the bedding. Hearing every single door slamming throughout the morning. This room was beyond my expectations for a single night stay. When we arrived (late night) the front desk lady had 2 customers she was handling, and with amazing customer service and charm. She resolved the first gentleman's problem, checked in the second gentleman, and then was full of energy, wit and charm while checking me into my room as well. I was very impressed with her. My wife and I made it just in time to use the workout room as well, we also enjoyed the game room with a game of ping pong the next morning after breakfast. The showers were amazing, the shower head, the roominess of the curtain it was a wonderful cleaning experience, as well as sleeping. The linens and mattress felt amazing and truly gave us a fantastic night's sleep. Breakfast truly was one of the best things about it. There were so many things to choose from and filling. It was a very hospitable time.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was very far away. It was in a nice strip of hotels. The staff was friendly and the room was generally clean. It was quite a walk to the pool next door and a little noisy in the hall at night. The breakfast was nice.
