Warm and Helpful staff. We needed a ground floor room because my daughter was on crutches and since the suites were the ones with an elevator, we were upgraded to a suite.

The staff was very helpful and quick to respond to make sure we were taken care of. Things were very loud from walls and halls. The hotel was nice and clean.

The Holiday Inn Express was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we did not spend much time there, but I would not hesitate to stay there again. Breakfast was wonderful and they had a snack bar for those late night (or midafternoon) hunger attacks. I would highly recommend staying there to anyone.

Extremely convenient to Fort Bragg. Lots of great places to eat nearby. Looked like they were getting ready to repaint the hallways - not very attractive. Great hotel. Very comfortable beds. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The hotel was very noisy and the door to the room didn't close very well, causing lots of noise to come from the hallway. The hotel was using a room freshener or deodorizer that was so strong that it gave me a headache. Location to Ft Bragg is very good and, for some, might offset the issues above. Next time I travel to Fayetteville, I'll look for another hotel.

I like everything. The hotel was great and very helpful with my young children they did everything they could to help us nice room didnt get to use the pool but it look real nice would have liked to.

the hoilday inn express hotel & suites was the greatest place for me and my family. the room was a home away from home very clean and very comfortable. the staff was very nice and very concern my boys where lost and the staff return them to the right room and they felt very safe. the rooms had a everything iron and borad,large bathroom,desk,mircowave,fridge,and a living room with a big screen tv in the lobby which made it a home away from home.

Convenient location. Staff would not respond to in-operative telephone. Free breakfast was ok, room accommodations were ok. Just don't expect too much action from the desk staff.

This Holiday Inn Express was very nice. The rooms very clean and comfortable. The bed linens were exceptional as in more expensive hotels. The continental breakfast was more then ample with great quality. The lobby/lounge area was very comfortable and at the same time open and airy. One of the better places I stayed.

Everyone was very friendly. Good maid service. No elevator, we stayed over a week so we had a lot of stuff to lug up and down the stairs. My daughter is stationed at Fort Bragg. This was a perfect location for us to stay. We will be staying at this hotel again.

The beds! The shower curtains were hung at an angle, so they won't stay closed! I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Fort Bragg area.

The maid. Unknowledgeable of the area & did not honor room request. It was "hell". Late night driving 8 hours. Hotel desk clerk admitted he did not know the area. So you want the single room non smoking or not?"

Cleaning staff, front deck person, and maintenance guy. Toilet runs off and on all night, small rooms. Staff is great the woman in the breakfast room was very helpful.
