I liked that this hotel was clean. I liked everything.

I thought the hotel was very clean and it was kept up also. The pool looked great but didn't get to enjoy it. It also had a jacuzzi to the side of the pool also very nice. Everyone was very polite and helpful. I would come back again and stay.

The hotel had been recently renovated and the facilities were very nice. Room was really nice and comfortable. Plenty of pillows, a flat panel tv with a DVD player, suprisingly enough. The pool was great, indoors with a large hot tub and a sauna that was especially nice after the 5K run that morning. It was shaping up to be a fantastic stay. However, that evening went from excellent to terrible in about 30 minutes. Just as we had the children asleep some of the other guests returned from a night club and decided to keep the party going on the balcony just outside our room. After about an hour of hearing loud voices, laughter, and banging on the wall, we decided to call the front desk. No help at all, apparently the person working the front desk was friends with the rowdy guests. It was a sleepless night to say the least. The next morning we had a talk with the Asst. GM, who offered us a free night voucher, but we've been getting the run around trying to actually get our hands on them. If I do get a free night stay, then I will give them another chance, if not, I will most likely stay somewhere else.

I stayed at this hotel during what was expected to be a very bad storm, so that I did not have to worry about electricity problems and what not. I called in my reservation and within the hour I was in my hotel room. The room was very clean, and also very beautiful. There was a large desk with hookups to internet. The bed were comfortable and clean. The service desk was friendly and was not nosey. The downstairs layout was beautiful and well planned. The pool was warm and kid friendly. In fact the entire hotel was very kid friendly and safe feeling. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. It was a wonderful visit. I will for sure be returning.

DVD players in room. This has got to be one of the best hotels that I have stayed at in a long time.

This was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was spectacular, and the maids need a big hands up for a job well done.

All the necessities, quiet, great bed appointments. Staff said pool/spa was being renovated but we saw no evidence of this. We were pleased to find that there were 2 queen beds in the room. There weren't a lot of frills, but everything was attractive and new. The beds were great, the towels thick and snow-white. Front desk staff seemed inexperienced but our needs were few so that was OK. The included breakfast had a lot of choices but the hot eggs, sausage, etc., had a processed look and taste that we found unappetizing so stuck with cereal and yogurt.

Room was clean, everything worked good, internet is not wireless. Original room had not been serviced so they immediately gave me a differnt room. One person at the front desk.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was great and helpful. Good breakfast. There was nothing I disliked about it. This hotel was great! Located in town and easy to access. The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great! A great place to stay for business travelers.

Everything was perfect. Great service, great fitness room.

Clean comfortable rooms, friendly helpful staff/ Totally nonsmoking. Clean, comfortable rooms with friendly and helpful staff. Totally non-smoking. Beds a bit tall. I'm 6' and still had to crawl onto the bed. It was, however, very comfortable once you got up there. Decent breakfast with good variety.

I was very impressed with this hotel. From the minute you walk into the lobby for check in it becomes obvious that this is not an ordinary express hotel. The decor was beautiful, the service was excellent and the amenities were great. The business center with free use of computer and internet was great as I had forgotten my laptop. The continental breakfast was a nice surprise, filled with plenty of hot and cold options. A real breakfast and great way to start the day. The room was roomy and nicely furnished. The bed was the best I have ever slept in at a hotel. Very comfortable and BIG! I will come back again!

Loved the bed and bedding (variety of pillows and weight of blankets) Breakfast pastries and bagels were stale. Loved the stay. Air/heat system was comfortable and quiet. Floor could have been vacuumed better.

No hot buffet breakfast. Expected scrambled eggs, etc. Stuff was pre-fab microwave-1 hocky puck egg thing left, did not refill. Hotel was nice enough though.

Nacogdoches was such a disappointment that we returned to Tyler and stayed in the same hotel. We fell in love with Tyler. Unfortunately, the 2nd time was utter chaos. There was an all state little league playoff there. You can imagine the brats, elevator, pool, conditions, etc. I felt sorry for the staff. The other thing is they have possibly the worst showers I've ever been in. The shower savers work so well it took me 30 minutes to get clean. I would take a screwdriver and hammer and knock that so called saver out. If you stay in a Jacuzzi suite count on one hour to fill the tub over the jets. Then the parents of the little leaguers were as obnoxious as they come. I had to call the front desk 4 times because of the party the parents were having in the hallway. That hotel needs a security guard or two in the worst way and to staff the desk with a male. Other than that, it is nice.
