The staff was great, but the owners at the time that I was there were yelling at their staff in front of customers which made me feel very uncomfortable. The place was pretty clean, but I would not stay there again, because of the owners.

I bhave stayed at Holiday Inn (Airdrie) and now Holiday Inn (South) and have found both locations to have very friendly, proffessional and outstanding staff. They have gone over and above making my vists with my grandchildren (I live in Conroe Texas) very enjoyable and fun trips. The staff, especially this past trip, at the South Calgary location, were extremely helpful and made my granddaughters feel so very special. They went out of their ways to accomedate our requests and especially made my "girls" feel like they were the only guests in the hotel. The weekend was extremely busy for the staff, as they had a full house, and yet, they were always ready and able and so very nice and friendly. Made myself and my 4 granddaughters feel like we were "Queens". Thank you so very much for all that was done for us. I do alot of travelling betwwen Texas and Calgary, and without a doubt, I will be staying at the Holiday Inn. Many, many thanks to the wonderful people there!!!! CHEERS!!!!

The staff was very friendly, we will stay there next time we are in town. There wasn't anything we didn't like. This is the friendliest place we have ever stayed. The rooms were spacious and clean. The biggest thing in my opinion is that the staff went out of their way to help us.

Everything was awful. Very cheap hotel and not tidy. Towels never in pool area and fitness equipment broken. Double charged on Credit card. Never stay here again.

We liked the swimming pool, esp. the water slide. The fitness room is small but sufficient. The breakfast was great.

The staff isvery friendly, great service. Clean & spacious rooms. Awesome breakfast!Some rooms have fireplace and jacuzzi - we had both!

Location was great and I felt very safe in an unfamiliar city. There were some spots on walls that needed a little maintenance. We chose this hotel for its location and it turned out to be more than we expected. I was traveling with several families for a hockey camp and everyone loved the hotel, its breakfast buffet and its location to the rink and area shopping.
