When we first got to the Holiday Inn Express, they told us we could have gotten a better price if we had booked with them at a little later date. They quoted me $84.00 for one night and we paid $101.00 to Orbitz. I guess I will not book with Orbitz again.

Clean, convenient, friendly-very nice for level of expectation. In the morning (10am) there was no hot water, power to area lost at 11am. I may go back but would have to know the problems were unusual circumstances.

We stayed 1 night as we were visiting our son at LeJeune and truly enjoyed the hotel. Midweek wasn't to busy and the hotel staff were excellent! Just minutes from the beach and some EXCELLENT food. We recommend Daddy Macks Ocean Grille right on the water Their ribs were amazing. The hotel is right on the intercoastal waterway and I read where others thought the hotel musty, its the smell of the salty ocean water NOT mustiness and the breeze was very refreshing off the waterway. We will definitely stay again and again.

Chose it b/c proximity to beaches. Be prepared for a lot of young military people roaming all hours of the night. NO PROBLEMS at all, all were very polite, but a lot hit the beaches and the bars prior to coming back to the hotel. Maybe not the best place to take the kids. For the money and location, there isn't a better choice near Topsail. But, be prepared to explain to the kids that people NEED to carry two cases of ""drinks"" on their shoulders into their rooms because it was really hot outside, and they're really thirsty!

Excellent location to the beach. Difficult to enter from the road. I had a great time there. My trip was to spend a weekend playing on the beach and I had excellent access because it was so close. I wish that they had a restaurant there so that I could have eaten in the motel itself but for what the experience was, I couldn't have been happier.

We came to pick our son up from Camp LeJeune. This hotel was located just outside the back gate of the base. Very handy to get in and out of there. The best part was the closeness to North Topsail Beach. Better than Myrtle beach. Only problem was the room needed a good heavy duty cleaning. Breakfast was great. Best cinnamon rolls, even had Sausage & Biscuits w/Grits! Our room was just off the first tee of the Country Club next door!

Clean friendly comfortable. Not enough shampoo and conditioner in room. I was very pleased. Very neat and staff friendly. I would recommend and use again.

The free breakfast is a nice perk. Hotel staff smoked right outside the entrance. Room was expensive for its location.

Location and friendly staff. Wireless was terrible, musty and damp rooms. Location to topsail and camp Lejeune was ideal. Room was ok; rooms were damp due to AC and tough humid weather. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good place for business traveler and someone who is not going to spend much time in the room.

The hotel was perfectly located to the beach and restaurants. Hallway doors slam when opened - our room was directly across, and could hear it every time. The hotel is very clean and nice. Only minutes from the beach, as well as restaurants. I would recommend it or stay there again.
