This hotel, called the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Scottsdale, is one of several Scottsdale hotels located in the central part of town. It is near the Fashion Square Mall and the well known sports site, the San Francisco Giants Training Facility.
This hotel is located at 3131 North Scottsdale Road in Scottsdale, Arizona. The Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Scottsdale is just eight miles from the Scottsdale Airport. The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the Sky Harbor Airport. It runs in the morning until 10 PM.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a suite because they were available for no extra charge. Free breakfast is always a plus.

I would stay here again and again!!!! It was awesome, I had to move from a gross motel in Phoenix and got lucky and found the Holiday Inn Express Scottsdale. Staff to breakfast to rooms everything was excellent.

My daughter and I stayed here and really enjoyed the location. The room was great. Large and comfortable, it also had a counter areal with fridge, microwave, sink and, of course, a COFFEE MAKER! Very clean and the bath towels are thick and oversized. Cute shops and good restaurants are within walking distance. Convenient to the freeway. We took several day trips and it was easy to find our way to and from the hotel. The staff was very helpful and the evening shuttle driver was great. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay and play and enjoy! We did.

A very nice place with a great location. pool area was nice but was lacking background music which would have been a nice touch. Room was great with a balcony overlooking the pool. Great staff!

The hotel was perfect from the staff, the location, the rooms, the food, and the pool. No complaints. This is a great hotel as it is clean, the staff is very kind and helpful, it's conveniently located, and the pool is awesome. It accommodates both singles, couples, and families very well. Restaurants and shopping are very close by. I would recommend staying at this hotel, you will not be disappointed.

This hotel surpassed our expectations. Best location in scottsdale for walking distance to great eats and shopping. The staff was very attentive to our needs. We were here on bussiness /pleasure in September 08. We are from Minot N.D. and are looking for property in the Phoenix area to purchase. The staff here made us feel very welcolme!!

Took our sports minded family on a trip to see the Diamondbacks and the Suns. Roughly 15-20 min. from both venues (very easy travel) Wife and I enjoyed the nightly of downtown Old Town Scottsdale. (two blocks away) Famous Fasion Square Mall (5 min) F-1 Raceway (15 min) We took this all in 4 nights and three days. WOW what a fun time. Breakfast was great and plentifull. You'll enjoy this stop!!!

Great hot breakfast. Nice variety every day. We were there for four nights so we appreciated different things every morning. Also nice pool and hot tub. Although the pool was a little on the cool side and the hot tub was alittle too HOT!

Hotel was conveniently located. The room was clean and the perfect size. We've stayed at "resorts" in Scottsdale area before. This room stood up to those resorts and the property was well maintained.

With all of the hotel choices in the Scottsdale area it was reallly a challage to pick one. The price seemed high for what we were accustomed to paying but it seemed to be in line with others in the area. We weren't disappointed. Everything was great! Quiet, clean, comfortable, pleasant and helpful staff. The pool and hot tub were the cleanest of any that I've seen at a hotel. I usually don't use them because they aren't clean but this one was great. Located just a few blocks from old town Scottsdale. Easy access to highways in any direction although the traffic was terrible on the highways. Easy to get to from the airport.

The Holyday Inn Express Scottsdale was so good!!! the staff are really friendly! They have a free transportation to Fashion Square Mall and airport!!!! If I go to Scottsdale the next time, I will stay there!

So many perks and extras! Not a thing! The hotel provided a free shuttle to and from the airport as well as anywhere within a three mile radius! This was fantastic as they took us to several restaurants during our stay. The free breakfast was delicious and had a wonderful variety of options. They also had a free happy hour in the evenings. The rooms were huge with a separate bedroom with a TV that could be closed off to allow privacy. The living space had a kitchenette, TV, and pull out bed. This was by far the best hotel we have ever stayed at tons of extras and a very reasonable price! We will stay here again.

We were in town for a show and had two kids plus two dogs. They were very accommodating for the dogs which was great. We didn't want to get two rooms but with the kids being older, we needed extra space. The suite had a pull out couch and extra room without a huge price tag. Everything was clean, efficient, and friendly. Great place, will use again when in the Phoenix area!

Overall very good. Staff was very good except for bartender who was too interested in being in control than being user friendly. Very nice facility. Overall helpful staff. Nice mixture of guests.

one thing i wanted on this trip was a outdoor pool and hot tub .when we arrived i ask how late it was open and was told pool was not open.the pool was under going construction.we were allowed to go to the hotel next to use there pool .when i did there was a small indoor pool with many screaming small children.not really what i had planned on .the second morning i awoke to vibrating in the room from the jack hammering of the pool !! very disappointed

The Holiday Inn Scottsdale was exceptional. The suite style room was more than we expected and more room than the three of us have had in our past travels. The pool was fantastic, very clean and a garden like appeal. There were plenty of chairs and clean towels every day we were there. The outside bathroom was close and very clean. There wasn't a restaurant in the hotel, however that was not an issue to us as we chose from the 100's of fabulous local restaurants to dine at. The hotel was located near old town for great shopping, and only about 15 min from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, which the hotel provided the convenience of shuttle service. All in all... I would not concider staying anywhere else.

Clean, quite, efficient, good location off the main highway. Was not given a wake up call even though requested to the attendant, there was no problem. Clean, quiet, good location, staff overall were helpful and efficient, breakfast area was clean and the breakfast offerings were well stocked. Highly recommend for a business trip.
