We traveled to Salamanca to see a concert at the casino. The staff couldn't have made our trip any better. They called the shuttle service at our convenience, and they recommended restaurants and local travel sites. Very helpful, clean, convenient; and the price was right! I'd recommend this hotel.

It's not worth the money and the staff was rude when I asked for more towels and pillows. They said since I was by myself I didn't need extra towels and pillows.

Clean, nice rooms. Queen suite had micro & fridge. Purpose was to visit the casino - overall great experience. Only negatives: shuttle service was not quick - we had to wait 20 minutes for it. Also, great check in clerk when we first checked in, but third shift clerk that came on wanted us to "run after the clerk that just left and get a ride with her" to the casino so the clerk wouldn't have to call the shuttle!!! What the heck?!?! Creepy.

Having never stayed in this area before, we were not sure what to expect. Our stay was wonderful. The staff is friendly and outgoing and the rooms are clean and fresh looking. We will definitely stay there again!

close to casino, but overpriced because of this. because of the small town-it was either this hotel or at the casino, which was even more expensive. Hotel staff nice,hotel clean. the ONE bad point-Were put in a smoking room, and when we told clerk at check out about this, she tried to claim that a guest must have taken the non-smoking sign off room door, when I explained that there were ashtrays left there by cleaning staff (they should have known better)-plus the room stank as if this was going on for a while--the clerk still wanted to blame a past guest for the hotels mistake. Maybe hotel will come down on price if there is more competition in area.

great location. a minute away from the casino. the staff knew it was our anniversary and went out of their way to give us extra special care. the continental breakfast was a surprise because we thought it was just going to be muffins ,bagels and coffee but it was alot more than that. They served scrambled eggs sausage hot cereal donuts toast and much more. We really enjoyed our stay and would go back again.

It was near the 50th anniversary. Party we were attending in little valley. I would have liked to have a cheaper room, but I realize it's near the big draw of a casino. It was a very brief, comfortable stay. Didn't notice a lot of noise, and didn't have to adjust heat/coolness.
