Staff willingness to go the extra mile to assist and location. Liked everything. Very clean, staff friendly and helpful, good location close to restaurants and shopping, good value for the money.

No complaints--the hotel is nice and new. Plenty of light (I hate those old-fashioned 40 watt bulb hotels). Good desk area, contemporary furnishings and decor. Ahhhh.

Initial hotel appearance good, easy location right off frontage road. Because of holiday weekend we cut some slack-were upset as supplies were not replenished, beds not made. As our stay fell on a holiday weekend we cut the staff some slack, but were disappointed when there after staff failed to clean sink, replenish supplies,one day did not make bed- after being reminded still did not make effort.

Hotel was brand new, staff was very friendly, breakfast was great, bed was comfortable, internet worked perfectly, no complaints at all. We had a very comfortable stay.

Convenient location. Modest at best accommodations. The hotel was clean & safe. The staff was a bit unsure of how to charge appropriately on entrance & exit of the hotel.

The rooms were dirty, housekeeping was poor. The hotel was average at best. The room I stayed in was dirty. The indoor pool and business center were a plus.

Hotel staff was all great. Construction was taking place and could smell paint. Overall, our stay was great, the staff went out of their way to accommodate us and even took the time to map out directions around a major interstate that was under construction so we could get to our destination without a ton of traffic. The only issue was construction, the crew seemed to enjoy looking and gawking at my wife, but other than that it was a great stay and would recommend it once the construction is done.

It was the cheapest and best for the price in the neighborhood. It was close to my appartment. Bed spread too heavy to handle. It is new and therefore clean. Some of the towels were rather thin. They had a good continental breakfast with freshly baked waffles and plenty of other things you would want for breakfast within reason. They had a nice indoor pool and exercise room and one computer to use.

Location and cleanliness. The Country Inn and Suites more than met our expectations. It was convenient, clean and had pretty comfortable beds. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel while we visited friends and family for the Holidays.

Convenient location. Marginal cleanliness. The hotel seemed to be in a crises when I checked-in. It was late in the evening and most of the rooms were not cleaned. There were a lot of staff members trying to clean. The housekeepers in my hall were complaining loudly. This may have been a one-time occurence, however it happened during my stay.

The cleanliness and friendly service. The first room had a broken lock on the door, but they were promt in giving us another room that was more upgraded. Friendly staff, clean accommodations and a great location for our needs.

Comfortable beds, belgiam waffles, female clerks were friendly. The elderly gentlemen at the desk was not very friendly, It would be great if you had a place indoors or outside that several guests could sit & visit. O'fallon has needed more hotels for some time, thank you for providing such a comfortable & classy place to stay.

New facility, very clean, staff wasvery helpful and friendly. Alittle far from the interstate. This hotel was an excellent experience. An excellent restaurant next door.

Excellent morning buffet very clean. Fitness center lacked any weights or excercise machines except aerobic. Very pleased with this hotel. Excellent staff, homey, very clean, attractive lobby and room.

It's too country and a bit gloomy for me, maybe it's the decor. If you don't care about ambience and needed a good value hotel that is clean and comfortable, this will do.

The breakfast was good at the cook was very nice. No outside pool and there wasn't a reuse towel option. It was a normal hotel exactly what I was looking for.

Very clean. Not a thing. I was very happy with this hotel. I have 3 young children and we all felt at home. I would highly recommend this hotel it was very clean and nice. It was also in a good neighborhood.

Clean, new, friendly, spacious, light, nice price! Could have been a little close to I-70. I like the hotel and cost so much I called and was going to stay there on my return trip even at a higher pricebut needed to drive through the night to get home and did not use a hotel. I would definitely stay there again! Thank you!
